Best service in Uganda so far

The atmosphere was serene,
Hotel staff was great I had a gresat dining service and quality experience with personnel’s such as Norah , Boneconcil, Christine and Tito being professional and homely . There was also a a welcoming spirit from the reception with Sephora and Alain and Mark as well. One thing to improve will be lighting and having more extracurricular activities .

Rooftop bar

We had apps and wine upstairs at the rooftop bar and it was amazing razar the chef came out to greet and make sure everything was wonderful and our server fahim was lovely as well thanks Kampala four points well done

A week at the Four Points in Kampala

Best Hotel service

The staff were so hospitable,the ambiance was calm and welcoming.Thank you manager Joyce, Patricia and Melissa. Oh thanks to chef Nitin who took my order to Chef Fred who who made for me a special delicious beef because I do not eat Mutton.Everything was Awesome. FLAVIA UBA
