Nice & New Property

The hotel is amazingly clean and new. The staff are also very helpful, although except the reception no body speaks English but always eager to help. The room and washroom were spotless and had all the requirements. The rooftop buffet breakfast location is also very good but felt it had very little options for vegetarians.

Not matching 4 stars

Terrible and strange attitude of staff ... The atmosphere at the hotel is negative (
They write one thing on the site , and eventually .:
1.the drives in the drinking room do not put which is free . Information differs. One says that after cleaning they put free water , the other worker says that they do not (but only once upon arrival , if you come for a week then a bottle of 0.5 for a whole week )
2. Indicate that there is parking . reservation space , total if you have left for your place will already put another car .... And you'll spend time finding anywhere on the street.
3. Breakfast is the same every day... No variety.
Nobody will bring you bags even if you are in a position (on the site they write untrue information about themselves )
4. 4 stars not earned by this hotel

Vacation in Odessa!

I had standard room with view to inneryard and with balcony! The room was spacious with high ceilings, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and well functioning wifi!
The breakfast room is located at top floor with a terrace. The breakfast is more than adequate!

The best hotel in Odessa downtown

We stayed in the hotel in August 3-7 (4 nights). The location is good, very close to all the main sights and traffic routes. Outside and inside the hotel is very new and modern, decorated with some statues and pictures. The staff is great, very attentive and helpful. We chose a room for 5 people, so it was a huge apartment with 2 big rooms, 1 king-size bed, 1 folding coach and 1 additional bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower) and 2 TVs. It was very spacious. The apartment was fool of all the necessary things like bathing liquids, slippers, free bottled water and so on. We liked everything except noise. There are many big windows in both rooms and the hotel is situated on the corner of two streets. There are many cars, trams and trolleys going from early morning till late night. So if you want to sleep more, you'd better put earplugs into your ears.
The breakfast is great too. There are enough choices for everyone. Everyday they tried to change some dishes, though mostly it was the same. So you should be ready to get used to the morning dishes.
Anyway we want to thank Alarus Luxe for a wonderful time.

Good location

Great location walking distance from City center. The only minus is that the room we booked was without window and the aircon didnt work all the time. The top terrance is a great place to sit and relax
