Good hotel in the downtown

The hotel situated in the downtown just near the opera and Deribasovskaya street. During check in had problems with terminal for visa card, but everything passed well. Room is small, but clean and tidy, shower cabin is not suitable for big people, soap and shampoo are absent. Remote from air con couldn't be found. big screen TV, but channels only local, mini bar, WI-FI is poor. hotel is inside the patio, so you can't expect any views. But price is reasonable and if you need only a place to sleep-it could be a good choice.

Not very helpful

We arrived at 10:30 pm and the hotel had been notified we were arriving late. Finally, after banging on the front door for what seemed like hours some young guy turned up. He was adamant that we didn't have a booking. After another hour, it was sorted and we were shown our rooms. Our room was big but strangely arranged. The location was great.

Avoid!

A reservation was made in this hotel several weeks before our stay. The hotel sent a confirmation of the reservation. However, the day before our arrival, the hotel called to inform that no room was actualy available and therefore could not accommodate us. In fact, the hotel has preferred to give the room to people who stayed longer than us.

UNTRUSTWORTHY

Untrustworthy. Be very careful when making a booking. I booked a 'Luxury Suite' and was given standard room. They refused to budge. We were not told about how breakfast works until we were in dining area. Strange set up. You phone kitchen from your room and place order for dining, which only has 4 tables. Reception clerks with conflicting knowledge and information from each other. We had to leave at 5.30am to airport, the clerk the night before said he would make us coffee & organise cold prepackaged breakfast. It never appeared. The morning clerk refused us even a cup of coffee! When asked for local telephone directory, they said it doesnt exist

Отель расположен в самом центре. Номер не соответствовал заказанному. Кровати (две) были разные по ширине (1 м и 1,5 м). В душевой кабине вода из лейки лилась во все стороны, полочки для банных принадлежностей не было. Это все не соответствовало фото на сайте отеля. После высказывания замечаний, было обещано устранение. Это не было сделано в течение суток, лишь после жалобы следующая смена
