The staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful at all times. Great rooms. Magnificent 4 poster bed. We had a wonderful stay.

Never again!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our 2-week tour due to the Middle East conflict. Out of a total of 10 different hotels, the Coastline Resort was the only one that did NOT accept a free cancellation. We paid € 140 for free and the hotel has enriched itself completely unnecessarily. Worst of all, the communication - even when booking customer service was involved - was "underground", arrogant, unfriendly and completely inappropriate. Goodwill is a foreign word here

Room was in good condition, the issue was, no hot water, had to switch on and waited 1 hr before able the shower.

We only stayed one night and arrived around 7pm so could not see much about the hotel. We were told that the swimming pool was in maintenance but they offered us the possibility to use one of the private pools. They were really kind in general and we felt so welcomed. Loved the place!

Peace Of Mind

The property was beautiful and rooms were well designed and decorated. A plus about the hotel is that most of the room includes a private pool which is really great.
I really recommend any one visiting Oman to stay minimum 2 nights at Coastline Resort.
