Very Nice Hotel - Highly Recommend.

Very nice hotel. Located about 4 blocks from the main Plaza in Chiclayo. Front desk and all of staff were excellent. Rooms were clean, showers were great, and the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was a nice start to each day. Highly recommend.

Great staff, comfortable room, and a great restaurant on premises.

Breakfast was good and staff was busy making sure it was. They made sure even if you showed up 5 mins till, you had the same options as earlier. Pick up at the airport was great as well, rooms look like the pictures. Set up well. Very clean. Interesting location, but we felt fine walking around. First night there was an alarm issue that went off for a few hours, but other 2 nights were fine. Hot tub was not operative because drain did not plug, but will be fixed for the next person as they did fix it the night before we left.

Nice Room, Conveniently Located

I don't have a lot to say other than the hotel was nice, not expensive, and clean. The rooms were comfortable. We had hot water in the shower and they had a nice restaurant on the ground floor. It was in a safe area, two blocks from the cathedral, and town plaza, with plenty of stores and restaurants located nearby. It was a nice hotel, although the map outs it on the exact opposite side of the cathedral, than it is in reality, unless there are two Aura Hotels, but I do not think so.
