Great last minute choice!

Due to a booking error we found ourselves without accommodations very last minute for our trip to Peru. I booked this hotel on the way to airport, not quite sure what to expect. Upon arrival the friendly staff and attention to our needs was certainly appreciated. We were provided a room, being told another upper level could be provided the next day. We did not find the move to be necessary as the initial room was perfect for our needs. King sized bed, comfortable with a large bathroom with walkin shower. No shampoo 9r conditioner, no hairdryer. A non issue for us. The room felt a little unfinished with no lamps at bedside, film protecter still on TV. There is a large shelving unit, however no hangers. The bed had a very comfy duvet. If there is a way to control heat or AC in the room we never did find it. Many outlets all around the room.
The hotel offers a breakfast each morning, along with tea and coffee 24 hrs. There is a restaurant connected which we enjoyed most days. We also enjoyed the breakfast area to spend time planning our outings or playing cards in our downtime.
There is an attached convenience store which has a small selection of items, snacks and water available.
Even though this was not our first selection, it turned out to be just what we wanted and needed for our stay. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Room was clean, WiFi strong, and checkin/checkout smooth. However * Staff’s English ability was limited. My Spanish was better than their English. * Only a bath towel was provided for each person — no floor towel, hand towel, or face towel. * Neighborhood was not very interesting. Need to walk to old town for most sights and shopping. * Didn’t understand why someone needed to unlock the front door for you when entering or exiting. Maybe better security but a lot of inconvenience. * Locking door knob did not seem as secure as a deadbolt.

All went well. Have coin ready to tip. Staff very helpful. For the price you can’t beat it.

The staff were exceptional! They were very helpful and considerate and even set up a small early breakfast for us because we were leaving right before breakfast was officially open. Very sweet people!

The room was great for our needs. No hangers, no safe in room, if there is a way to control the temperature, never did locate it. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows and blankets. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The property offers a free continental style breakfast. There is also a restaurant on site for other meals. The is a convenience store on site for snacks and water. It is within walking distance of some of the tourist destinations such as Plaza de Armas and the train station/san pedro market.
We would stay again if in the area.
