Would stay again

Basic hostel, but had all needed for my stop in Puno.
Stayed for 1 night in the dorm.
Comfortable beds.
Polite and friendly staff.
Well located.
Clean hot showers and bathrooms.
Would stay again.
Did not try breakfast because I left too early.

Very unfriendly owner and room was not clean

Unfortunately i got very bad itching when i used the bed. I went to tell the owner in a polite way, I was still doubting to ask for a change of sheets or leave, but she started to say very bad things about the cleaners, and when I showed her several hairs (even looking like pubic hairs) on places where i had not touched the bed, such as the space between the pillow and the pillow cover, she denied that those were 'real' hairs, while watching them. She ended up shouting at us, first telling us to pay, and when I said that was no problem, but that I would write a review, she told us to leave without paying and that I had no right to write a review because we had not spent the night there.. Very bad experience, there are much nicer and welcoming hostels in Puno ! Don't go here !

Nice hostel, great kitchen and staff

Really cosy and nice hostel, I really liked the breakfast, and the rooms are nice, cozy and clean. The staff let us cook and prepare some snacks even after our check out. Also has a good value for money. Would love to come back.

exelente, limpio, ordenado,

Inka rest! the best...
+Warm beds and good matress.
+ clean toilets, hot showers
+ huge breakfast, complete, and you can serve as much as you want from the table until 9 am (cereals, bread, juice, coffe, milk, 4 types of tee, jam and cheese, tomato and more)
+Good staff , they are kind, friendly, and help a lot! many tourism flyers in the hostel
+ They open the door to go out and to go in, so it is very safe.
+location is like, perfect, a few blocks from the lake, a few blocks from centre, and is in a No exit street, so no many people around at night.
Recomended!
If they say they have no place, try so insist a little bit, maybe there is one bed for you jeje.

Lovely place

I like it. Nothing special but has lot of small treasures. Nice breakfast, helpful staff, they can do the laundry if you need. They also has a rooftop area with bbq, pool table, table football...
Wery nice and homey place and close to the center.
