Nice location, great staff, but the hotel/rooms/wifi needs attention

I stayed at the property for 14 days.
Location is good a little away from the entertainment district and across the road from SM Clark Main Gate. The staff and security at the hotel were excellent and made every effort to attend to any issues or concerns. In my case I moved rooms 3 times because the rooms were either damaged or defective. 1st Room had a gap in the window which was large enough for bugs and shower head was broken. They taped the window and replaced the shower head but for the price, I asked to move. The 2nd room was better until the AC unit started leaking water down the mirror inside the room, not just a drip, a stream of water. Finally I was moved to a 3rd room and it was an upgrade.
As I mentioned above the staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating.
Other items to note:
1) The wifi is terrible, I was on the 5th floor and it would fail daily. The only place I could get reliable wifi was in the lobby. For a hotel of this size and price the wifi needs to be improved.
2) The TV would disconnect from the hotel wifi everyday unless you leave the box on all the time, however that is not a guarantee as the signal fails regularly or simple streaming like YouTube or Netflix lags.
3) Don't count on a hot shower as none of the rooms had anymore than "just warm" temperature.

I felt that was was being watched for guest, Room for 2 but not really with a push back, My date felt very uncomfortable... and did not want to come back, maybe next time I need to tell my story and disclose personal details.
