Disappointing experience.
The biggest issue is the completely wrong location listed on Expedia. The actual place is nowhere near the shown address on the map – this is misleading.
The owner was not understanding at all and refused to acknowledge the mistake.
There were ongoing construction works, the room smelled strongly of paint, and there was no WiFi despite it being advertised. We even had to switch rooms because the family room had no internet.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place due to the false location and poor service.

room is okay, but am just wondering why they ask another 300 pesos for the shuttle bus when the shuttle bus service is already included to the package. honestly is still the best.

The hotel is OK my room had no Hot water and The Fridge did nt work the hotel is nt maintained no choice of breakfast..you get what you get
One egg Ruce and hot dog. Coffee. But it's location was nice 3 miles from Tawala near good beach
Resorts bed mattresses need to be changed at least every 3 years. I normally use Red Doorz hotels.

I have stayed in lodgings of the same price category in the Philippines and this was the worst experience of all. I had to wait more than an hour before I got the key to the room. the air conditioning did not work and the rooms had no windows. the sink was missing a tap. because it was only in the third room that the air conditioning worked, the staff was angry with me. The room and surroundings were dirty and the pictures of the hotel do not represent this place. In addition, the sounds of the road are carried into the rooms and you can only get to the sandy beach by paying an additional fee.
