Family Holiday

I have family who live in Monte Alto, I had been following Turquoise Apartments fo sometime so decided to book with them. 6 adults in a very modern spacious apartment it has 4 double rooms 1 ensuite and 1 shared shower room. There is a washer dryer, hair dryer iron all in good working order. In the open plan kitchen dining living room thee is 2 tables with 8 chairs in total. Fridge freezer, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, combi microwave, hob with pans etc plenty of cutlery crockery etc.
A Coruña is a very underrated holiday destination and after 3 times of visiting never get bored and would still visit even if I didn't have family here.
The apartment owners were very helpful when and where needed.

HOLIDAYS TO FORGET

Scammers, don't contract with them! They took the opportunity not to have the cancellation contracted to NOT refund the amount due to natural disaster from the fires on those dates. We communicated several times through various channels and their refusal was resounding. They have signed with BOOKING a specific clause in their general conditions of delivery that legally obliges them to refund the amount due to major cause, especially since it was NOT our fault not to be able to access the accommodation, we were literally prohibited from access by the authorities, in addition to all trains were cancelled. In short, after losing the holiday dumped in Chamartín and returning to our homes disappointed we find that neither BOOKING in its role as Prescriber, nor the accommodation meets its legal imperatives. To rethink not to hire with any of them again. Judge yourselves.

Falta de trato con el cliente - razones COVID

Buenos días,
Les escribo en relacion con este alojamiento. Cogimos el alojamiento y, muy a pesar nuestro, tuvimos que cancelarlo por COVID de una niña de 4 años, a los pocos dias de ir. Hemos intentado hablar con el establecimiento y nos dijeron que, como ellos veian la reserva todavía activa, no podian hacer nada para podernos devolver el dinero (tengo todo por escrito). Una vez que lo cancelo, me intento poner en contacto de nuevo con ellos y no me cogen el teléfono, es más, me rechazan todas las llamadas. Hablo con atención al cliente de booking, y les envian mails, les dicen que es por tema COVID, con todos los informes, y aun así se niegan a devolvernos el dinero ni a ofrecernos una compensacion (tal como pone en la pagina de booking que "deberían hacer". Nos hemos quedado sin 300€ y sin poder ir por ley sanitaria (Confinamiento obligatorio).
Por favor, con este mal servicio de atención al cliente, deberían de reducir considerablemente la gente que va a estos apartamentos, por falta de empatia y por decir una cosa (que cancelaramos la reserva para ayudar y hacer todo lo posible) y luego no cumplirlo, es más, decir que es cosa de booking y no de ellos, cuando Booking dice que es el alojamiento el que debe confirmar si se puede, o no, devolver el dinero en dicha situación.
