Very correct hotel for its 3-star rating, even exceeds that rating.
But the surprise starts at the reception, and I will name "surprises", MariLuz, to describe it as efficient would be to stay short, kind, resolute, it is grateful to meet people who know how to do their job and put a little more and the same for José.
But... when it seems that you can not overcome, you meet Sandra, please! how you can be as efficient as sympathetic, friendly, polite and charming, attentive to all people, in short I can not add anything more than encourage everyone to check that in this hotel they make you feel at home, ... or better.
And I can't help but comment that in the hotel there is a restaurant that cheats, yes, cheats who doesn't know him. The quality of food is excellent and is exceeded only by the level of its preparation and the quantity of its rations. I won't extend, go and try it, you'll enjoy it. Add to that the more than professional attention of Isabel, de Flor and the treatment of Victoria, all of them a real extra in the table service, but above all and in the line of their Companions, make your stay in this hotel to remember and RETURN every time we come to Valencia.
