Good experience, but with things to improve

The tango suite is very good, it is spacious, with terrace with private pool, hammocks, sauna, it is very good really.
The room is a little unkempt, you would have to maintain the furniture and bathroom.
We had breakfast and dinner, everything was fine, everything was delicious.
I don't give it any more assessment because the reception girls didn't explain anything to us on arrival, nothing nice and at 12 o'clock at night a person from another room put the music on full blast for 40 minutes, no one told him anything, there seems to be no rules, and everyone can do what they want

Lousy management

We booked a stay at this hotel and, due to a last-minute incident, were forced to request a change before check-in hours even began. We called in advance to explain the situation, as we also moved from outside and could not get there.
The first response was that there would be no objection to modifying the reservation. However, as soon as they found that the booking had been made through an online platform, they completely ignored it. They told us that they couldn’t do anything and to manage it with the platform, with a rather unprofessional attitude.
The most surprising thing was that, when contacting the platform to request the change, the hotel itself rejected the modification, when we had previously been assured that it was possible. Total lack of coherence and zero intention to facilitate a solution.
Beyond internal policies, what really leaves a lot to be desired is customer service. When a problem arises, the least one expects is empathy and proper treatment. In this case, there was neither.

It's cold that peels, the pool you won't be able to use.

The room very nice , but for the price is terrible, you have to share the toothpaste and shampoo with your partner, we called to regulate the heating and did not listen anyone raised it to a cold that peels, we could only bathe once because of the cold that was, so if you want not to go cold take well of coat.

It was a very bad experience, I don't recommend it at all, we arrived 20:15 and we tell her that it's cold in the room, she regulates it but all night she comes out a little and cold, the breakfast very sparse and cold, there is a blanket that weighs more than 20kg,,, the sheets are washed with pure bleach and seem sandy, the receptionists of both days very rude, but by far the one in the morning, trying to grieve us, making us wait to check the room, the rest picks up the card and leave, when she tells us that everything is okay we leave and at 4 min or so goes to the street screaming, we were there waiting for the taxi, saying that she disrespected things in the minibar, insulting and treating me as if I were a paying girl, the cleaning was null, it is focused to spend a while, nor the toilet is closed,,,
