Almuñecar
I have been with my parents and my son in the chinasol apartments of Almuñecar. 5 days and 4 nights. He touched us on a ninth floor. Lack of soundproofing, the apartments have everything they need, the kids pool was without water. The beach is next door but it's stone. The bathroom knob was unscrewed. Otherwise good.

I didn't like it.
Hey, hi. I write this to tell everyone who sees this review. The hotel in principle is old, the doors are very weak, in my case there is an air conditioner in the living room and we had to change the layout of the whole floor and put the beds in the bedroom in the living room, and also we were all week without internet. I really don't recommend it.

Old, dirty, outdated Pension Apartment with unmaintained and unreplaced facilities. To flee absolutely re
Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant, attentive and patient receptionist. While we had been told on Airbnb that we could park on the street or on the waterfront, when we arrived this was not possible at all. We had to take the card from the public parking lot: 10 € per card + 11 € per night and 11 € for each following day. Once we arrived in our apartment we discovered a very aging, dilapidated and dirty accommodation: they made ugly, unmaintained and dirty new with old (70s). 2 armchairs (of those found in retirement home) served as relaxing armchairs: the faux leather was very grated, damaged and especially dirty ... up to traces of excrement . Moreover they were jerky : impossible to sit in. The trash can was full and had not been thrown away, the floor had not been swept/washed... there were cigarette ashes left on the floor. The microwave was rusty and therefore dangerous for your health. The air conditioning gave off a smell of infernal tobacco . Electrical outlets were disconnected from their location, the wall was smeared with yellowed white paint and plaster, missing decorative elements which was very neglected, the shower head had been glued back with silicone . On the terrace was a guerrilla and 2 dirty and shaky chairs too (in the photos we saw a rectangular table and solid chairs). We took pictures and filmed. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the receptionist who informed her manager. A total fiasco. After 2 hours of cordial and respectful exchanges between the receptionist and us, no correct solution was offered to us: the manager wanted to rehouse us 1 night (with an extra charge of 30€) in an apartment quite correct. And we should have returned to the dilapidated and dirty accommodation the other 2 nights remaining. We did not accept this and we demanded the refund: the manager refused to refund us. We're out of here. After many messages and photos sent on the Reservation Site and after contacting this site by phone, we obtained a refund of our rental.
This is not the first time this problem has occurred at this facility.
Fuyez... Don’t book at Chinasol Almuñécar, an old, outdated, dirty and outdated establishment (the corridors are also dusty, unwashed and smell like tobacco).
The manager is not listening to travelers, wants to be right about everything, bad times, non-shopkeeper.
We had a waking nightmare.
Fortunately the Spanish sun, the pleasures of the beach and the beauty of Andalusia have dispelled this bad memory.
This is not the first time this problem has occurred at this facility.

Nuestra gestión comprende servicios hoteleros y nuestros apartamentos y estudios están en perfectas condiciones. Nuestro nombre comercial es APARTAMENTOS CHINASOL desde 1982. Nice in the sun in February
We spent a week in a renovated Chinasol apartment.
A neat and beautiful apartment with a beautiful bathroom which is equipped with a washing machine.
We had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea.
The concierge Bernardo is a very helpful man who is always ready to help. Thank you Bernardo
