The best!!

Spectacular place!! Peace of mind and everything you need for this super comfortable. You don't have to move, the super has everything!! It is stocked with everything you need for everyday life!! And if you don't want to cook the restaurant, different and delicious dishes. The best attention from everyone, we had a setback and there they were all to help us!! The best!! Keep it up!! Nice to meet you!!

Bad experience.

We booked for Saturday, June 13, and it was 34 degrees. The pool was closed because they did not have a lifeguard, and neither on the website nor upon arrival were we informed. At that temperature in Navarra, you turn around and leave, of course. I asked the receptionist if there was a possibility of a refund, and he dismissed me like I was nothing... Instead of telling me that they would exchange it for another day or whatever, he didn't care and told me that we were in low season, haha. I laugh to avoid crying. Other campsites in Navarra have had their pools open for a month, but well, I leave my experience here at this campsite. They have seen the last of me; they earned 22€, but they lost much more. I will not return.

They must have died gloriously.

Very few professionals. 14 adults and 13 children, on a Sunday they asked us to tell them the dishes 3 days in advance. The children aged 6-7 ate at 3:45 and the older ones 20 minutes later. On top of that, with exhausted and disgusted faces from the waitresses. I canceled a reservation for a bungalow after this poor treatment. 20 days later, they have not refunded the advance payment after several reminders. Unacceptable. I have been to several campsites in Navarra because I have a dog, and they treat her much better.

Looking forward to coming back

We only realized that the campsite was spectacular.
Very good shop service, the bar restaurant with a great menu at reasonable price and good service (we were kept waiting a little at dinner and had the detail to invite to the cafes).
The setting is beautiful and the plots with boil and spacious. They let us choose the plot we liked best.
Well maintained and new bathrooms, maybe a little more cleaning would have been nice, it's the only glue I put on.
Too bad I spent only one night. We'll be back.

Great campsite

Great stay in the campsite with our caravan, the campsite staff have been outstanding, their friendliness and unsurpassed attention, very good restaurant with exquisite dishes and being able to have a Carrefour Express at the door of the campsite makes the stay much easier and not have to travel anywhere to buy products at a good price.
Undoubtedly a place where he always invites you back.
