Enjoyable stay

Positive: Very nice personal hotel nice and pleasant
Clean room with a beautiful view
Good breakfast
Negative: very far from Seville which is not specified on the booking sites.
It is very complicated to go without a car

Disappointed, total disaster.

Disappointed, we stayed in a junior suite. The room is pathetic; any room in a three or two-star hotel is much better. The room is ruined by the passage of time; I can't even imagine how the basic rooms must be. The full board was bad as well. At lunch, no one informed us that the buffet was closed, and we had to eat from the menu. Dinner was indeed a buffet, but a very sparse and poor one. Breakfast was passable; they ran out of churros, I asked for them twice and left without trying them. When making the reservation on the website, a free mimosa per person was advertised, but there was no sign of the mimosa. In short, a terrible experience, and we are very clear that we will not return.

Very old furniture and bland food.

Located outside of Seville, right by a highway. Nevertheless, quiet rooms. Furniture is falling apart, bathtub is extensively rusted at the drain, balcony is full of bird droppings, and there is only one broken chair. Heavily worn with a broken headboard. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Breakfast was okay, coffee was terrible, dinner was barely seasoned, mushy vegetables, and dry meat. The waitstaff are careless when clearing tables and spill sauces on the guests. The pool is okay, but it is only open from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in June.

Awful. Waste of time.

Staff were not friendly or helpful in any way, did not give any hotel information and seemed to get irritated when asked questions. Language barriers were super bad, nobody spoke English and struggled with basic communication. Rooms are dated and cracks in walls, no basic bathroom amenities, pool was a mess with subbed left everywhere, food was awful and not edible every dish was soaked in grease and was bland. They charge to use the hotel towels, bath tub was slippery as no shower mat in the tub and when asked about this they didn’t care. No safe in the room or water in the fridge as complimentary. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. Do not use spend the extra money staying somewhere worthy of a 4 star. I give this a 2 star rating. Was not a nice visit and I went for my birthday and they still charged me for a piece of cake! Unfriendly service and I wish I went elsewhere.

A bit far from Seville.

Certainly, the room could use some renovation, but the shower and toilet work, and the bedding is comfortable.
The pool is clean and pleasant.
The breakfast and dinner buffets are well stocked.
