We had such a great time with the aqua gym and the entertainer Julián.

The staff in general is fabulous, very clean, in particular the entertainer Julián is wonderful, what would the hotel be without him, they should treasure him. Price-quality is very good although things have to be improved of course, there are only two elevators so there are long lines at peak hours and the food is quite bad, not because of little variety, which is also true, but because it is poorly cooked, it is a shame, a lot has to be thrown away, and finally the pool, which is new, has a very slippery floor, I don't know what they were thinking, whoever built it.

⬆️ THE POSITIVE:
-The air conditioning.
-Room cleanliness.
-Clean cloth tablecloths and napkins.
-The pool area flooring neither slips nor burns.
-The staff is attentive and professional.
-The entertainer who leads the "aquagym" is a good professional.
⬇️THE NEGATIVE:
-According to Google, 950 meters from Levante beach. Very far.
-Very tight dining room hours. (There is no time to go to the beach and come back).
-Lack of sufficient staff (dining room/rooms).
-Low-quality food.
-Metal pool ladder steps are very narrow and slippery.
-Only 2 (two) elevators for 13 (thirteen) floors. 11 floors of 22
rooms each. About 400 (four hundred) people staying there.
-Long lines form to use the elevators: both go up; only one goes down (even/odd).
-Long lines in front of the restaurant door at breakfast/lunch/dinner times.
-Full board is mandatory.
-The bad odors that come up/down through the drains and toilets in the bathrooms, due to the poor condition of the plumbing.
They should install 2 more elevators (exterior). They have 4 facades. On the North and South sides (there are windows) they can and "should" enable them for that purpose.
At this hotel, the average age is around 75 years old. In the winter months, it must be higher.
WE HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED (June/July 2026). You get what you pay for. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT.

HOTEL WELL FOR A WEEK

Most notably the staff from waiters to receptionists as well as cleaning staff, nice and hardworking, the hotel simple but very clean, the food is not bad except battered fish which was very dry. Animation well in my opinion what I liked the least is not letting the tables together we were 8 friends and we could not eat together, I think they should have bigger tables for these cases, also the problem of elevators there were only 2 and you had to stand in line to get up and down in meal shift

Very good Hotel

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.
