Absolutely fantastic! Loved it!
Absolutely fantastic hotel! This was our second visit. The location is excellent, right near the beach, lots of lovely places to eat and visit. A 30 min walk to old town. Atmosphere is positive, vibrant and just fun! The staff are amazing, the lifeguards are second to none! So vigilant and strict and on it! Never take eyes from the water or slides, managed exceedingly well and i knew my child was safe in the water at all times. Entertainment (Carl White was beyond brilliant) was class, evening shows and mini disco is just brilliant and fun! Get kids involved, variety of shows. I loved the food, different fish options at night, food available all day, ice pops and ice creams and cafe for chips, nuggets, burgers and hotdogs. We will be returning again. Oh my daughter also left a precious doll there, they have located it and it’s being returned. My daughter met lots of friends, the atmosphere really is lovely and we will be returning again next year! The gym is great too! No issues getting a sun bed at all, rooms cleaned every day with new sheets and towels, it’s wonderful so don’t listen to bad reviews! I recommend this hotel 100%

First visit to Rock Gardens
Magic Rock Gardens stayed here for a week there was 5 of us in total, we waited a hour and half at the airport as the coach had broken down we got on another coach and that also broke down we got in to resort at 4 am we wasnt even offered a bottle of water or anything no apologies and the genteman on reception did not give us any paper work with what's on breakfast times or nothing, my mum was on 12th floor she is 70 and noone even offered to help with bags or how to get ton12th floor in the end it took myself to go to reception for 2nd time before they helped.
Our room was terrible, tiny and too small for 3 people not enough wardrobes or space my son sleeping in the bed next to me and my partner my son is 15 no privacy whatsoever The housekeeping cleans your room but whatever is on your bed they dont remove it they make the bed with it in, weve found hairbrushes, our pj's and the snorkel we thought we lost all in the bed and the bed made.
Pool area is tiny god help anyone going in the summer too small for lilos or rubber rings. The lifeguards were brilliant with the kids but the slides are not on for long and we exeprainced 2 slides as the others were not on due to there not being enough staff. The staff were brilliant if am being honest nothing was ever too much and this review is no reflection on them and there hard work.
Evening Food is shocking bur brekfast had a wide variety of everyrhing. Snack bar is rubbish same food burgers and kebab meat, we ate out, alcohol is the proper stuff and bar staff are lovely. purchase cups for 1 euro to use for the duration of your holiday.
The towels are 15 euros each to hire and you get that back can change them as often as you like.
Entertainment was good and the ents staff were brilliant with the kids. There is kids clubs but I am not sure how all that works there is an arcade area and a computer and VR area, you have to pay for those things. There was tournaments and golf for the kids to do around the pool which was good.
The hotel in summer would be a nightmare as its not very big although there is different lifts for different areas which h is good.
Outside the hotels there brilliant places to visit for food and drinks and shops to buy drinks for your room which we did as there wasnt even bottle of water in the room. And we bought snacks and crisps from there too.
Beach is stunning better to go there sunbeds and parasols are 6 euros each.
Cardiac hill is not as bad as it seems but if u have prams or struggle up hill you may find it difficult my mum 70 and managed it 2 to 3 times a day fine.
I left my bag in the entertainment area went back and it was gone staff was seen asking if it was anyone's bag and suddenly the bag disappeared its not in reception and noone has seen it apparenrly I need police to look at the cameras. It had my sons spending money in it over 100 pound and sunglasses.
Hotel told me they would email over to look at the cameras and when iwent back noone was allowed to look unless the police was there.
This annoyed me the most as staff was seen asking who the bag belonged too its a famiky resort and my bag has never been returned which is disgusting alls they have to do is speak to staff on shift from the bar on that evening.
Again no reflection on the staff but we are tourists and it has ruined our holiday as makes me have no trust and not feel safe especially when your on holiday trying to have a good time and things like that happen.

Drinking water is available 24 hours a day, with osmosis water stations located in bars including the bar in the reception area, restaurants and on each floor.
Regarding the room, allocation is based on the category booked. When booking one room, all guests are accommodated together; larger options such as Master Standard or Master Superior rooms, which offer more space and additional features, are available and must be selected at the time of booking.
With regard to housekeeping, we appreciate your feedback and will review this with the team. We do kindly ask that personal belongings are kept clear of beds and surfaces to allow for proper cleaning, beds are usually left unmade if guests personal belonging are on them when the housekeeping staff enter to clean the room.
Concerning the pool and waterslides, operating times are not related to staffing levels but vary depending on season, occupancy and weather conditions.
Food is a very subjective matter, particularly in a hotel with an international clientele. Our buffet aims to cater to a wide variety of tastes, including both local and more familiar international options.
While we are concerned to read about your missing bag, we must point out that the hotel cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left unattended in public areas. In line with data protection regulations, CCTV footage can only be accessed by the relevant authorities, and we fully cooperate with the police in such cases.

A magic stay for the family!
Great family holiday, our first time away for a number of years for the five of us and it didn't disappoint! We went from 12-20th August and despite it being peak time for the hotel and it's staff, everyone was great in what I'm sure is an exhausting time for them, they even showed patience and gave time for an Englishman to practice his very poor Spanish when I'm sure all they wanted to do was get a task completed.
Our youngest is Autistic and we were very pleased to find out Magic Aqua Rock Gardens is very SEN friendly, the only thing we didn't account for was just how busy the Hotel and surrounding area was. It was our first time in Benidorm so we'll probably return at a quieter time in the future. But as I say, all the staff were brilliant and a massive shout out needs to go to the entertainment team - 'Chema' in particular is an amazing guy and a real credit to the organisation - thank you Chema!
The rooms are small, but you're really only in there to sleep anyway, we opted for 2 adjoining rooms and that was fine for our party of 5. The Aircon 'Must' be set to about 20/21 if you're coming from the UK at that time of year, if you go any lower you will wake up as a ice cube - it works extremely well! The maids and cleaning teams and some of the friendliest of all the staff and work so incredibly hard, our room was always spotless, even after a beach day!
Food was great for the kids, but my Wife and I are Vegan so we lived mainly off shop-bought food for the majority of the stay until we found out the hotel does indeed cater for our dietary requirements, but only nearing the end of the stay - our fault as we didn't think to ask!
The sun bed situation really isn't an issue if you're willing to queue from about 9:45, there's an upper level that's available from 11:00 also - aside from the first day, during our whole stay I managed to get 5 sunbeds for everyone on our 'pool days'. The slides kept me and the kids busy for hours! The lifeguards were also great at interacting with the kids.
The hotel is no more than 500m away from the most amazing beach where you can get sunbeds and 2 parasols for about €45 and there's so much to do. If you ask at the hotel early enough, they even give you a little picnic bag, which is a great touch! The town is a lovely bustling space with all kinds of people, especially the markets - a decent Spanish football shirt (probably fake, but you can't tell), goes for about €25 and you could probably haggle that down, just be wary about wearing it round the hotel. I went for Real Betis and quickly realised a lot of guests were fans and they are VERY happy to stop and talk to you about their team, whether you understand them or not. Most encounters ended with their faces resembling a kind but ultimately disappointed teacher due to my (already mentioned) poor Spanish, but my hand was red from all the handshakes.
The trek up the hill from the beach can be a struggle for little'ans after a busy day, but it's quickly forgotten about once the Aircon of the hotel hits you.
To summarise: This place will keep you busy all day. The people are great, the rooms are clean, the food would be fantastic for most people and kids will love it!

The entertainment is the best.
The entertainment is very good, especially the girl from Game Experience.
She is very nice.
I think the rooms need a renovation, especially the bathroom.
The pool is fine, I think it is too small for the amount of people at the hotel.
The buffet lacks variety, but it is not bad at all.
If you go by car, it is an odyssey to park because the hotel does not have parking spaces.

Fun family friendly hotel!
Loved this hotel. Kids loved it so much we are going to back in June. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are nice and clean and cleaned daily. Some a bit small but really only used for showering and sleeping. Food was like most all inclusive holidays. Close to centre and entertainment was really good!
