Nice and comfortable hotel

The rooms are good and clean. They need a little more lighting, maybe some more lamps or bulbs.bThere is no hair dryer or shower gel, only shampoo and a small bar of hand soap. The restaurant is good for breakfast and dinner.

Outraged to Make a Reservation at the Accommodation

We didn't even have a choice to stay. We tried to book through the Gift Boxes and the person in charge of reservations was very high-handed and poorly educated by phone. If you don’t want to be called to redeem these types of boxes, don’t put your accommodation as an option. The excuses of the dates for the bridge (something we took into account for that reason the night was Wednesday to Thursday), being the bridge on Friday, or is that now the bridges last 1 whole week... Another option I gave him, was from Tuesday to Wednesday, answering that one day a week they close, that I did not know if it was going to be possible, to send him an email, (what seriousness is given to customers, if they do not have the closing days stipulated in a business of these).
The problem was, he wanted to waste my time by emailing her and then telling me it wasn't going to be possible. So I won't waste any time on that, but I will leave you a lousy review of your poor education and poor customer service. When working in front of the public I think the attitude should be different, I understand that we can all have a bad day, but sorry is no excuse to pay for it with me, and I have not been treated with the education I deserve.

Wonderful surroundings as well as the village

Zero soundproofing doorman, no air conditioning, we had to order for three days a fan. On top of us we had little girls voicing and shoehorning at 5 a.m. The surroundings and the village are wonderful and the indigenous inhabitants too.

Worst possible - mini room, noisy, without a chair and with leaks.

Noisy, with paper walls. There is not even a chair to sit on and much less place to leave your suitcases. You can hear everything, especially the pipes. We stayed in room 11 and the second night water was falling through the ceiling and soaked the bed. The owner (the one at the bar where you pick up the keys) didn't even bother to go see it, it was clear that it wasn't the first time. When he left the keys he told us that he didn't know what could have happened, when I later saw on Google that there is already reviews of the flooding of room 11. They moved us to another attic room with a mini window, very hot. There is no type of security, the only door that is closed in the entire house is the one in the room since the two in the room. The streets are open and there is no one at reception. You have to go pick up the key at a bar 400 m away, you find out when you get to the town where there is no coverage and you have to contact the owner. There is little signal. TV and it looks terrible. Dark room with little light, the only lamp on the table with bare wires.

They have a place with a great potential but they could care for it a bit more. For example replacing broken lamps and missing bulbs, soundproofing the rooms (you hear all the conversations and other unpleasant noises next door), cleaning the decoration fabrics in the room, etc.
An extra effort would largely pay for a more comfortable stay.
