“A journey to the past”

verything is as in the published pictures, easy access from the highway(with navigation), Spacious and the stylized rooms.Large and secured parking.Nice and spacious yard with a pond and lot of decorative elements.

A bad good night in nova hut.

Lousy personal assistance.
Problems with the machine to get in and they weren't answering cell phone calls.
A family member had to come to fix the problem. Otherwise, we don't go inside.
Then the room toilet was not presentable to use.
The sheets smelled like women's perfume.

a disappointment

The manager doesn't answer the phone, so if you have an emergency you could die, he doesn't show his face, all through one
machine, you ask for a superior room, and they give you the one with the dwarfs, without air conditioning, without hair dryer, without refrigerator...

Shouldn't be allowed to trade

We couldn't gain access as their self check-in system didn't recognize our Spanish identity. There was not a single member of staff around, called the telephone number given for assistance, to no avail. We had to abort our stay, as this is so remote, no one around to help. Reported to the hotel and booking.com. However they have charged us for 2 rooms and are refusing to give us a refund. Can only say don't go here, unless you know that they have staff on duty. The whole hotel looked like it was closed for winter. Disgusting attitude towards a genuine customer with a genuine problem. Do yourselves a favour, don't book a stay hete

Nice room… with cigarette smell Fully automated hotel that lacks love.

The place had its glory days and both the buildings and the surroundings are very beautiful.
Upon arrival, we had the feeling that it was a deserted place and we were in the wrong place.
Everything is automated. There is a lack of love and the feeling of abandonment is very present. Unlike other fully automated hotels we have been to, at least they should have made an effort to have a more welcoming check-in area instead of a simple check-in machine at the front door...
The room was fine, but with a strong cigarette smell, which we reported about upon arrival, but decided to stay in the room anyway.
We were also informed that the restaurant was closed too late for changing to another place.
Not our cup of tea...
