Yet another Galicia hidden gem!

Relatives took us for a visit to this hidden gem. Great service and super friendly staff (owner). We toured the property and enjoyed a cold drink in the bar area. We will definitely come back for another visit in the future!

Don't miss this unique Galician experience!

We loved our stay at Alcazar Milmanda. It was rebuilt from ruins by the owner, and celebrates the Galician history and culture. Kind of like a small castle with a romantic twist. It's set in beautiful countryside with gorgeous views, there are just a few rooms, so you get very personal attention. The staff is amazing, and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home. There's a chef who whips up delicious meals in no time, and the owner is full of great information and tips for things to do. We checked out the hot springs in Ourense, but according to him, there are springs much closer. We'll have to visit them next time, and we will, since we can't wait to return!

Pésimo

Muy descontento en general, muy desconforme con el trato del dueño que incluso se encaró con alguno de nosotros, pidiendonos que le pagaramos más dinero por desperfectos que tenía la casa. Reservamos la casa para nosotros todo el fin de semana y el dueño se presentó alli varias veces sin previo aviso e interrupiendo nuestra estancia. La casa en si bastante sucia y tanto la casa como el recinto con desperfectos como tejas rotas que a posteriori quería cobrarnoslas, la piscina tenia verdín, las mesas de piedra redondas exteriores no estan ancladas puidiendo caerle a cualquiera o a un niño encima, etc etc...Sin duda no volveremos ni lo recomiendo

Qué pena.

El sitio prometía mucho, por las fotos.
Fuimos varias familias.
Había poca vajilla, mesa auxiliar de cocina rota.
Más que una casa antigua parece vieja y descuidada y que fueron pillando todo lo que iban encontrando por ahí.
Para estar en momentos de Covid, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia en zonas como alfombras, baños... Eso sí, gel había.
Piscina muy pequeña.
Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que ves.
Carísimo para lo que es.
Ir de vacaciones y llevar tan mala impresión cuando quieres quedar bien con las familias...
Por favor, tienen una joya.
Cuídenla y replantéenselo.

Muy mal un timo

La casa rural fue donde estuvimos limpieza cero, camas penosas y antiguas con sábanas y edredones del año de mi abuela, destartalado y la cocina sucia sin ningún mantel limpio, mesa que cojeaba, sin cuchillos y con 2 potas y una sartén vieja. Lo de piscina al lado me da la risa, está a 300 metros por un camino y la piscina la foto de la página con buena perspectiva ya que es una bañera grande... lo peor pensar en el precio pagado por dos noches, me da ganas de llorar!
