At home, in a wonderful setting
We had been there several years ago and when we read the recent opinions we thought it might have declined but quite the opposite. The facilities and service are excellent. The cafe and shop make your stay easier if you are without a car and with children. My son enjoyed the kittens and chickens, Juliana the manager was super attentive and affectionate. It is a paradise for children, in a quiet environment and the luxury of being in front of the mountain.
We stayed in a bungalow with private bathroom and were very comfortable.
Thank you very much Juliana and Nacho. We hope to be back soon.

Bad holidays!!!!!!!!
Lousy experience!!! I won't come back in my life. . . We booked an apartment for 4 people two nights. They gave us a 7 person apartment selling us that it was going to be a great apartment and where we would be very comfortable. Well, when we arrived we were surprised by quite a few things: 1. Cleanliness shines through its absence. 2. Beds aren't beds, they're lousy, uncomfortable mattresses on springs that you can't even move from the noise they make. 3. The TV is not in the living room, there is only one TV and it is in one of the rooms the rest we do not have the right to see. 4. The heating or you die of heat that you have to sleep practically naked or you die of cold, there is no middle ground. 5. If it's a little airy forget about sleeping because it looks like the house that's all old and wooden is going to fall on you. Besides listening to absolutely everything from the rest of the apartments you have next door everything is everything... Even if you go to the bathroom to piss. The lack of parking there is, you have to park practically on the road because at the entrance there is only capacity for 3 cars. 7. Friendliness of the staff to comment on... Thank you the Inn of Cercedilla for making a nefarious holiday!!!

NEFARIOUS!
We stayed last weekend staying on Turtle Island. When we arrived we liked it a lot because it is a very nice place with lots of nature and very rustic but we were disappointed both the lack of cleanliness and the services. I have never had to shower with ice water in any hotel or accommodation. It is unthinkable when you go somewhere and pay for a good experience and stay. As it turned out, as soon as I got in the shower and lathered head to toe, 2 minutes of clockwork, cold water started coming out and there was no way to get it warm in the middle of December.... NEFARIOUS! We called the tels who facilitated us and even the emergency department who gave you and things couldn't get any worse. The man in charge of this service, besides not taking my phone and writing to me on wsp, tells us that the thermos is of 80L capacity and that of course, it could be that the hot water for the second person... excuse me? At what point does an 80L thermos for two people run out and besides, no one had showered before!!! Anyway, he answered me within half an hour and in the meantime evidently I could not be soaped forever so I had to wash with ice water and a pot that my partner had to heat me. My partner couldn't even shower!
The solution he gave me was to go to the common showers, obviously in that situation, it was complicated....
APART FROM THAT UNPLEASANT SITUATION, cleanliness was scarce in all corners...
Dirty cutlery with food scraps, dishes and there weren't, the oldest and roughest towels couldn't be, stained sheets, the bathroom heater didn't work either, there wasn't even a hairdryer. They only have one for the whole complex and the year of the polka and already to finish, the blankets for the sofa... disgusting with a smell of shit to say the least.... not to wash them in months!!!!
These are things that are not normal when you have paid for good service and a good experience.
At first when I arrived I recommended it to my friends because the place is nice but after all, I had to rectify and obviously would not return or recommend it. I have been staying in rural areas with more cleaning and hot water !!!!
Ah and the next day we advised reception of the situation that we lived with the water and were friendly although being a little surprised since after reading comments here, more than one has even affirmed the lack of cleaning.
We're still waiting to hear back from the wsp we sent to see how they could reward us for what happened...

Dismal experience, shameful solution
Shameful!!!
2 adults and a 4 year old girl, we get a 3 bed bungalow of 90cm (2 bunk beds), in the bunk bed upstairs not even the girl could be incorporated as this practically stuck to the ceiling, bathroom without heating, wind that moves the curtains inside with the windows closed (imagine the cold), we booked asking for double bed for FAMILY BRIDGE , after a cold night and a lot of wind the solution is to return the proportion of the remaining days and leave because they can not relocate us , money lost, bridge lost.
Common breakfast area with radiators off at 9 am, breakfast with coats on

Disgusting!
It was a terrible experience.
We stayed in the cabin Isla Tortuga (one of the most expensive) and with less maintenance possible (all old, broken and cobwebbed everywhere you looked) When we got there we already started to find things that were not normal, in the middle of the door to access the cabin a dog poop and half a cigar on a door chick I guess from the previous guests. We already entered the cabin and there were all kinds of bugs (okay you are in nature but not to have so many big sizes bugs). We went up to the area where the bed was and there were all the glass with the hands of all kinds of people (a slut). Well, we overlooked all those things because to top it off when we went to bed... we opened the bed and chaaaas SURPRISEAAAA cockroaches inside the bed and all those that ran around the room. We're leaving immediately. I send a message to the owner and reservation number and so far I have no answer. SON UNOS SIN VERGÜENZAS.
