A place to repeat

They welcome you with a real smile. The professionalism of reception and breakfast greets you every day. Modern and well located facilities. Then if we have to return to Madrid, we already know where to return. Thank you.
The location, close to everything, even the green lungs of the capital, is appreciated, to be able to breathe and enjoy the stay.

Dismal care and lack of response: I was left without accommodation

ENGLISH: I had a very disappointing experience with these apartments in Madrid. After the property cancelled my booking on Booking without explanation, I tried to get in touch several times both by phone and email, but never got back. They left me completely without accommodation for the booked dates and offered no solution or apology. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking serious and professional treatment.

Poor, tatty, dated, noisy accommodation

Do not use. Host is unhelpful. Apartment is tatty. Patio door does not close never mind lock, therefore is not secure.
We were only given 1 towel each for the entire 4 days.
The heating is one small air con unit which is not sufficient in the colder months.
It is Noisy all night long. The apartment is above a bar which is open until at least 4am. There are no “quiet hours” despite this being advertised on booking.com
Despite its good location this apartment is poor and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Good apartment, excellent location!

The best location at a really good value! Walking distance to all the museum,s shops, tapas bars and restaurantes you will need. Althought checking in (and if you need anything else during your stay) can be tricky because attendents aren't always on site, it´s only a minor set back. It´s nicely sized, has a working elevator and great AC (something rare in Spain, we´ve found). Cable TV, wifi, comfy beds and a full kitchen makes you feel at home :) A supermarket just across the street and a drugstore less than a block away come in very handy.

Loved it

We rented 3 rooms for 12 people during our wedding week end in Madrid.
The location is ideal and next to all amenities (supermarket, restaurant, palacio reial, plaza del sol...). Rooms were big and we had everything we needed in the kitchen or bathroom. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming part was short (which is good when you want to rush out to visit the city)
