Recommend for young kids
Just got back from a week with my 2 daughters 5 and 9 and my mum. We all had a wicked time food is good enough for 3 different meals a day , evening entertainment has for kids and parents rooms are a bit tight but we were barely in them so wasnt that bothered

A lack of care
Having stayed a few times, I have to say that unfortunately this was not great this time. First the positives, the food is ok for all inclusive. There are plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant though is like a canteen and the wine glasses are not clean - there are often lipstick marks still on them. The bartender at the bar never serves a dirty glass and the restaurant should do better. Drinks on all inclusive are more limited than they used to be.
The hotel is currently taking photos for promotional material, which is ok but not when it is to the detriment of paying guests. Not happy to have been asked to move from our sunbeds - they should have cordoned them off if they needed to use them. Very annoying and left feeling uncomfortable. Not a great experience. A shame as the hotel used to be really good.

Fantastic stay!
Just back from our 7 night stay here. We had a standard junior suit and in-laws had a double room. Our room was very large with a walk in shower as well as a shower over a bath. So much room for the 4 of us. My in-laws double was a lot smaller but it was also a very nice room. We were placed on the third floor and just two rooms apart which was great for us as a family.
The pool areas were fantastic for kids, I must say that the life guards are very good at what they do. On many of our holidays lifeguards are not paying attention. But at this hotel they are very focused on the pools and super present at the water slides.
We had absolutely no issues getting sun beds, we were up for around 9am each day and there was never an issue getting beds and we for 4 each day for the 6 of us. I didn’t feel like there were lots of towels left around with no one there.
We were all inclusive, we used the paddle court which was just a deposit for the bats and balls, we thoroughly enjoyed this game! Drinks are great, so many options, my husband drank San Miguel and I stuck to carva. Good size drinks too which is also a huge positive for this all inclusive! The food was great, we never had a day or night where we didn’t find something. On Friday we were booked in to the bbq grill and had a lovely meal on there of meat and fish. If you are coming soon I would recommended getting this booked at check in. We arrived Sunday and the only day we could get in to this was for the Friday and even that was getting booked up.
The park at the hotel is fantastic for kids, it’s the best we have come across in a hotel! The entertainment team were great, they work really hard to keep the fun going all day. The foam party, reptile show and mini disco were favourites.
We did find the music could be a little loud when we were having drinks in the evening and this can also be heard inside the rooms until 11pm ish. I think the acts could turn this down a bit and it would still be a great show.
The Sandy beach is just a few minute walk away, lovely bars and restaurants all along the waterfront. Pedalos for €25 an hour are for hire, we had a fab time on these!
I would recommend this hotel and would return if I was travelling to the island again!

Expensive glass of wine
Visited this hotel to watch the entertainment. I thought €16.75 for a glass of mediocre wine was a bit expensive.

Torn
Just back from a week at Cabot Park & Spa in Pollença with the family, and I’m honestly a bit torn. There were definitely parts of the holiday that made it memorable, but a few frustrating downsides mean I probably wouldn’t return.
To start with the positives, the facilities and activities for the children were fantastic. The kids' swimming area was a massive hit, really well designed and kept them entertained for hours. Beyond the pool, the daytime entertainment team kept things brilliant with a foam party and pony rides right on site. They also brought in some great live animal acts; the cool parrot show and a interactive reptile show were absolute highlights that my kid loved. In the evenings, the kids' disco was another hit that our little ones looked forward to every single night, with the staff bringing tons of energy. On the adult side, the spa was really good and well worth a visit, though just a heads-up that you have to grab a separate access key from reception when you want to go in.
The food overall was quite impressive, especially the savoury offerings. We found the live cooking stations were the real star of the buffet in the evenings they served up delicious grilled kebabs, fresh fish, and juicy chicken, while the live omelette station at breakfast was brilliant. The sweet options and desserts were a bit lacking by comparison, but we certainly didn't go hungry.
Unfortunately, our room and the housekeeping side of things dragged the experience down. The rooms are on the smaller side, which felt a bit cramped once you add kids and luggage into the mix. More concerningly, we had issues with the bedding. We explicitly requested a fresh sheet change mid-week, but it was completely ignored and the beds were just made up with the same linen. To make matters worse, we all came home covered in itchy bites that we're fairly sure came straight from the bedding.
The main pool area had its own oddities, too. Despite being a standard pool, it somehow tasted surprisingly salty and occasionally gave off an unpleasant smell of drains, which put us off hanging around the water's edge for too long. Lastly, if you’re hoping for quiet evenings, you might struggle here. The evening entertainment was far too loud, blasting music and compere commentary late into the night, which made it tough to relax or get the children down to sleep early.
All in all, it’s a resort with plenty of potential and incredible entertainment for young families, but poor room maintenance, hygiene oversights, and noise issues really let it down.
