I shall start with the initial positives
Great looking room and a fantastic location!!!!
Perfect for what we wanted,until we came to the end of the day and needed a wash and to clean our teeth….
This vile,dirty,smelly water backed up from the sink plug hole( complete with bits floating in it)….
It then spilled out all over the bathroom floor and we had to use all the towels to sort it out
Could not use the bathroom
Was making me wretch !!!!
Made a complaint and would not of posted on here had the answered us,but we heard nothing from them in response,not even a sorry!

Run away!
Room booked on Booking for 6 nights in April. We paid 197.50 € per night for a room that is absolutely not consistent with the photos on the site. This property should not be listed on Booking.

TO ESCAPE
I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had many hygiene and maintenance problems.
First of all, the toilet is literally glued to the headboard, and there is no door to separate the bathroom and toilet from the bedroom, which completely removes any privacy.
When we arrived, the room was clearly not clean: there was hair everywhere, a used cotton swab, water on the floor and traces of moisture on the carpet. The bathroom floor was so wet that my friend slipped on the tiles. There was also mold in the bathroom, which is really not acceptable.
The terrace could be nice, but it is completely abandoned: flower trays filled with weeds, poorly maintained wooden floor, poorly fixed boards with nails sticking out, some boards are raised and there are even holes in the floor. There is a shower on the terrace, but it does not work: a simple garden hose serves as a shower. There are also cigarette butts and garbage everywhere.
Insulation is non-existent. We hear absolutely everything, to the point of hearing the person from the next room snoring all night.
We asked to change rooms, but we never received a reply to our message. In addition, the door of our room did not close properly, allowing to see the hallway from the inside.
The location of the building is correct, but unfortunately the general condition and lack of maintenance make the stay very unpleasant.

Good but not great
Unfortunately it was not a good experience, shower leaking water, flooding the bathroom, completely dark room, broken bathroom window shutter. And reading the other reviews I should have expected it. The photos on booking are a bit misleading the only positive is the location, very close to the center of Seville.

The room was one of a dozen or so in a beautiful old building, which had been completely modernized to a high standard. Which is why some of the design choices were quite bizarre.
We booked last minute, so ended in one of the rooms with an incomplete bathroom.
The bathroom had no door, although there was the space for one, then they decided to put the toilet in the gap where a door could very easily have been installed, exposing the occupant to the room and other guests. However, the rest of the bathroom had a frosted glass divider: what was that for? Privacy?
This meant that anyone using the facilities at night, could not use the light as it would wake the others in the room. Although perhaps the cover of darkness was intentional. The shower plumbing needed to be tightened, by me, to be usable. The shower door seal, did not seal. One of the towel hooks was broken.
The a/c was exceptionally effective.
The room was quiet, helped by having only a tiny window, and despite the road being dug up by heavy machinery at 0700 each morning.
It was an interesting experience.
Would I stay there again? Not unless I was guaranteed a room with a proper bathroom, and then only if there were no other reasonable options.
