The communication from start to finish was perfect...we were even allowed to access the room earlier than anticipated, and again the communication was excellent as we were informed as soon as the room became ready. The room exceeded our expectations, it was nice and clean and the outdoor seating area was perfect for us. There was a seating area on top of the accommodation if you wanted to use it. There was a few items of gym equipment on the top floor should you want a little workout. The accommodation was very close to the metropol parasol,also ideally situated for walking around Seville.
We couldn't fault our stay, and we felt our accommodation and communications made our whole experience much easier and more relaxed. Thank you to everyone.

Great stay

Ok flew in from Lisbon and thought hmmmm how to get to this hotel? Well if you are a great navigator of old inner city streets take the bus in. However, I’m good at it but took a taxi. It is a fixed price from the airport of 21 euros. Well worth it, cabbie took us right to the door.
I will get lost in the streets tomorrow.
Easy entry, codes work great. This place is immaculate. My love was the washer/dryer as I just spent time in Portugal and needed some clean clothes.
This place is in the centre of it all. It’s all walkable if you are in reasonable shape. If not grab a cab. We walked over 20, 000 steps that day.
Near the hotel are groceries wine beer all the essentials.
The tapas restaurant down the street sucks don’t go there. (To the left when you leave the building).
Do go up to the terrace on the 5th floor it’s great.
This is the longest review I’ve ever written I must have liked it!

The location of Slow Suites Setas is great as all major tourist attractions are within walking distance of (most less than 20 mins, a couple around 30 mins). We appreciated that there were pre packed small bags of washing powder provided so that we could do laundry during our stay. We didn’t manage to arrange a cleaning service whilst we were there (forgot by the time we got back to the apartment each day) but appreciate that this was available. Both bedrooms and the main living area had aircon which was fantastic. The only major downside is the noise from the street, I stayed in a bedroom on the street side so didn’t get a restful sleep most nights - you can hear people talking until around 1-2am, it quietens down for a few hours but then seems to ramp up again from 5am onwards. There were also loud trucks/cleaners outside on most nights too. My family members however stayed in a different bedroom and couldn’t hear this so very dependent on room location. Many plug sockets on the wall are loose which makes it difficult when it comes to charging electronics as they stop charging. Was also disappointed that there was no full length mirror! Plenty of space in the apartment where one could be installed. Finally, would’ve appreciated a full size ironing board - the mini one provided was too small so it took extra long to iron clothes. Overall an enjoyable stay and would recommend staying here.

The door is not locked from the inside, you can only log in with the password. This creates an incredible distrust. You sleep at night but you can't lock your door. We are in the age of technology, it doesn't take them half an hour to open that door. If I came with my girlfriend, I wouldn't stay there. Also, even if it is similar to the pictures, I can say that the pictures were taken years ago. The effects of the years were dirty. The location was nice.

Was terrible. Check-in process was a nightmare, and it only got worse from there. Room was dirty and smelt horribly of cigarette smoke. Staff is very sparse and when you can find them, they are rude and not helpful whatsoever. Save your time, money and stress
