He doesn't deserve any stars, dirty, uneducated staff, horrible treatment. I hope no one steps on that site
REGRETTABLE. I wouldn't give him any stars. Maria Castaña’s room of the year, with a dirty bathroom, full of humidity, with curtains of everything to a hundred. Don't fool the pictures they put on their website ARE FAKE. The reception with some seats with rags so that your dog is there at your wide, all very dirty and smells bad. If you meet someone in the received luck!!, their treatment painful, regrettable. Without any control at all. They gave us a room on one side they were supposed to be fixing, the hallway with everything full of building elements, the bumpy floor, the dirty carpet just like the walls. We went hiking and arrived at night and had not cleaned our room. When we went down to reception there was no one, we called the phone that is on a hanging paper and within half an hour the man who is supposed to be in charge showed up and in very bad shapes told his employee to make the room. He treated us with contempt and not an apology or anything. It was very unpleasant. We asked for the claim book and I didn't know anything, or who had to fill in, sign or make a copy. Finally, after he phoned someone else, he provided us with a sheet to fill out, refusing to sign. We had to call the police to sign the complaint and make us a copy. We didn't go anywhere else because there was no place in the nearby hotels, but of course I'm leaving there.

Very bad treatment and no cot for our son
The very old room. We ordered a crib and arrived at the hotel at 11pm and did not have the crib in the room. I went down to reception and nobody was there. I called a phone I had and they told me they would bring it to me shortly. They brought me a baby crib when my son is 19 months old and he could obviously fall out of there. Besides, the girl who brought her in couldn't even ride her. A disaster, we'll never come back again. Very poorly attended as I had asked for the crib in the morning, I subsequently called twice. Easily located hotel located about fifteen minutes walk from the cathedral. It has a fully open surface parking. Upon arrival, you may not find anyone at the front desk, so you will need to call the hotel phone or head to the cafeteria located to the left of the counter.
The room we got was spacious and clean, (hotel feature) with a very comfortable sofa and a small terrace, practically shared with the next room.
The door was opened with a metal key with a rather bulky wooden keychain. The bathroom was also spacious with a shower (low pressure, it worked like a tap), located inside the bathtub, equipped with a hairdryer and all the essentials for a good stay.
The restaurant is composed of the restaurant “Gran Sol”, in which only meals are served, and the “Mesigual” which operates all day as a cafeteria. There is no buffet breakfast option as in most hotels, so if you want to have breakfast in the hotel you have to go to the cafeteria where, of course, they have a special menu for breakfast. As an anecdote we will say that the people who run the hotel have a pretty big dog and we find him having breakfast near our table. He looks totally harmless but likes to watch what you eat. He seems accustomed to the caresses of all the staff and is something like the “king of the house”.
The staff of the “Mesigual” is quite slow and somewhat disorganized. We went to dinner, got in at 20 minutes past eight and left at five past nine. When we arrived we were about twenty minutes “invisible”. In the end a young man was somewhat overwhelmed, although at that time there were few customers, put “carte tablecloth” and cutlery on the table. We told him that we already knew we wanted to (we had consulted the website) and the truth is that he did not listen to us. About twenty minutes later, we saw a waitress notice our presence to a companion who finally came to notice us. On the contrary it should be said that the place is very nice, very well decorated and that the food is well above most of the cafes we have tried. Quality product, very well prepared and presented, at a reasonable price. Anyway, analyzing the pros and cons and as we were not in any hurry, we believe that if we return to Solsona we will have no problem returning to that establishment.

Awful, a room scam
Spectacular hotel. The room with furniture of the year of the polka, the lock of the room of grief, the water of the infamous shower, in the head of the bed a plug without beautified and that went out, a whole purposeful at an inordinate price; in short, do not even think to go

Motorbike tour
I have given this hotel a 3 star due to the restaurant being closed the day we arrived.
After a long day of travelling it’s not ideal. We couldn’t even get a coffee !
To learn they don’t open the restaurant on Mondays is misleading and disappointing and when we asked why , their response was “staff need their rest”
Employ more staff ! Or close on Mondays altogether .
They are Happy to take your money for a 90% service.
Their website needs updating to let people know this information before they book .
