Ideal stay for a good holiday

It is an excellent place to spend a good holiday. Very well located as it is very few meters from the beach. The very correct facilities and the apartment with all the details for a very pleasant stay as it has everything. Very good and attentive staff, both reception and room service (Very friendly Christian). Definitely a very good option to come back.

I do not recommend this place

Do not book at this place. They cancel your reservation two weeks before you go and do not help you solve it.
I do not recommend it at all.

Attempted scam and troubled air conditioning

We book and pay in March for booking, indicate pets and send Mail consulting, do not respond and in June send a document saying that they break the law and that they will charge us 20 € for but and day...
Being already staying, we have suffered two days with air conditioning breakdowns, very nice maintenance staff but we had to sleep one of the nights without air conditioning and temperatures above 26o, we were not offered to change to another room that did not have these problems and there was any apology from reception or direction for the situation....
I would not recommend it, moreover, look for another place, I find it expensive and that they try to put your hand in your pocket with any excuse, as a practice this Enterprise, where you are asked 10 € a day for parking in the street (for example) should give you a clear idea of what I am talking about.

Nice stay but without animation in the middle of summer.

We went as a family and stayed in the apartments without any food included. Giving my opinion, say that the apartments met my expectations, large, clean, comfortable and with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. Making it clear, those that give the pool much more comfortable, better views and more lighting.
What we did miss was some animation from the hotel (non-existent and we stayed from Thursday 24 to Sunday 27 July) and more Mood in the area, the only thing we saw nearby was an ice cream parlor, a bar-cafeteria and an Indian restaurant.

Lack of transparency when hiring

Before we even arrived, we already encountered problems... two weeks before the start of the vacation, they told me I had to pay €20 a night for my dog. We were there for 15 days, the apartment was more than paid for, and now I find that I don't have to put down a deposit for my dog, but rather pay for his stay!!
I think it's terrible that this information isn't given at the time of hiring.
