Great friendly hotel

Good hotel for a very reasonable price. The room was very large and had everything we needed. What made it a great experience were the wonderful staff, especially Noeleen, who was so friendly and helpful. Lovely to have dinner on the balcony.

Hopefully there are better things here in the area....

I was horrified by the small, dark, musty room. We dragged the suitcases to the first floor alone. When we had problems with the wifi I then said concretely that we are guests here and I now expect help and then we were also helped.
Bath musty. View from the window of garbage.
Dinner fine, Sri Lanka breakfast excellent, which is why I gave two points and not just one.
The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. She is probably not aware of what a lower standard the hotel is.

Comfortable rooms, helpful staff

There are not many accommodation options in Mannar but this hotel, although it seems to cater more to local businessmen, was good enough for a few days. The rooms were large and comfortable. What made a big difference was the great service given by the staff, in particular Noeleen, who seems to be running everything there. She is super helpful and a lovely person.

Family hotel that is affordable.

Well maintained hotel and great service. Fantastic food. Rooms were clean and the furniture and linen were of good quality. Staff were always smiling and willing to help. Including the Manageress. Enjoyed the 3 days there. We were a group of 21 but this is excellent for a solo traveller also

Nice experience

The hotel is located in a quiet position and the rooms are clean and well fornisce.
The manager staff is very kind and helpful.
The attached restaurant is also very good and, also in this case the guys are very kind and helpful.
We highly and warmly reccomend this hotel.
