Amazing LeCrans in Switzerland!

I had a wonderful stay at LeCrans in Crans-Montana. Our two-floor suite offered a luxurious experience with an amazing mountain view. We truly enjoyed the stunning scenery, delicious breakfast , and relaxing spa. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this lovely hotel!

A mountain experience not to be missed!
Our first visit to the Swiss Alps and a stay at LeCrans was a true highlight. A beautiful hotel with the most spectacular views across the Swiss mountains. The hotel had only just opened for the summer season and they were wonderfully organised with everything working as it should.
The hotel itself is beautiful in a traditional chalet style with amazing wood and high vaulted ceilings. We stayed in a deluxe suite which was amazing with superb views. We even had the opportunity to light the fire in our suite on one very cold day! My only suggestion is to add some planting to each balcony to provide a little more privacy. The staff really made our experience truly memorable. A huge thanks to Zacha, head concierge who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with our plans for walks and other things to do. Also, Laura, Virginie and Damien on the front desk who shuttled us places and were always on hand with helpful advice and were always, without fail incredibly charming. The restaurant experience at Mont Blanc is one not to be missed! Alexis and Cyril were equally charming and helpful and really made for two very special evenings in the restaurant that my husband and I had! The chef is amazingly talented and the meals we had are impossible to describe.........but we highly recommend this experience!
A final thanks to Ana also in the restaurant who ran breakfast and was absolutely delightful - a wonderful way to start the day!
We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for a mountain stay. We will most certainly be back!

Relaxing day
Today I visited le crans Spa it was such an amazing experience. The workers were professional and friendly. After we passed by the restaurant to have a drink service was very good workers as well professional and welcoming especially Emanuel. Thanks a lot I absolutely recommend

A mixed feeling
Check in was smooth and efficient. Its such a small hotel that you get a feeling you are arriving to someones home or a private chalet. Hotel is super historic but with a nice decor. Lunch at hotel restaurant was not so good - kind of like a fast food experience. Service was sooo slow i never experienced that level of lack of any sence of urgency. We had to request to get bread several times and after 40 minutes got advised first we shall put a food order and after get the bread. We were waiting for drinks also like for an hour. After ordering all the food at once it also arrived all together in same moment no order of the dishes etc. Meat we asked for medium it came totally well done.
At this point we didnt have any room nor patience to ask for anything just wanted to go from there asap. Just note that there were 2 tables when we were eating so an empty place.
Breakfast same story its tasty the food and options are avarage but it takes 2 hours to serve one table. We appreciated the kindness of Maximiliane and Clara, thanks for good service and for doing the best.
The room had a lot of issues, radio that would start to make noise in the middle of the night. Room was so dark i had to use my phone light in order to see something. I got amenities including the welcome card from previous guests… i didnt want to touch the cake as didnt know if its from week before from previous guest. Something you dont expect to get when there are only 13 rooms at hotel the mix up cant happen.
Overall if you want privacy its a great place also super affordable but if you want luxury look somewhere else

To flee
A hotel and especially a restaurant to escape. There are much better establishments in Crans and this is not difficult. The lack of professionalism is glaring.
