Fantasic hotel, great value.

Just returned from 2 weeks staying in this wonderful hotel.
Location was great - but just beware the hotel is very elevated, so not ideal for walking to and from.
Facilities , room and cleanliness were amazing!
Staff were better than amazing!
We had breakfast included and the choice was fantastic and the quality even better.

Relaxing and just what we needed

We stayed here for 9 nights, the hotel is clean welcoming and the views are out of this world. The location isn’t the best as it’s located on top of a hill however the hotel offer a free shuttle in the daytime to the beach front and shops. Would definitely recommend getting a moped if you’re here! The taxis are good enough too. There isn’t many food choices out of the hotel however, a 15-20 minute drive Mae Nam have lots!
The rooms are lovely, but would definitely need some improvement on the showers, no regular water temperature, there was a water issue while we were there and I would say the TV needs updating!
Would not recommend room service however the guy who works in the restaurant who serves breakfast is amazing!!! He welcomed us every morning and knew our order down to a T! The breakfast was one of our best parts as well as the views, pool and relaxing atmosphere!
There is a lot of steps so wouldn’t suit mobility issues

A beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional service. Ruby and her team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, and Som at the café was always friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, and the pool, restaurant, and spa made it the perfect place to relax. We can’t wait to return to CODE Hotel!

Great hotel, a bit off but works well with a scooter. Gorgeous infinitypool and gorgeous view! Very clean and lovely staff! Potential improvements could be some hanging hooks in the bathroom, more choices for breakfast which is à la carte but it was still very good! And in our opinion it would have been perfect as an adult only hotel without screaming kids which tend to be everywhere ln all hotels we visit… also we loved the nice scent they put in the room when cleaning. And the music was 5 star!! Very calm up on the mountain! This is the sisterhotel of our other favorite Chi Samui. Both supergood hotels and hope they keep it up like this with the same price which is good value!

Staff make all the difference!!!

Incredible place to stay - spacious, very clean, comfortable air conditioned rooms with a view and excellent food on site BUT what makes this place soooo special are the staff! Zin (the receptionist) went out of her way to ensure that I was able to stay at the Code even though I had originally only booked a room for the first night. Although the hotel was fully booked, when a room became available she blocked it so that I could stay (for a total of 7 nights)!! Not only Zin, but all the restaurant staff, pool people, security and auxiliary staff were so friendly and helpful. Whether you’re a first time traveler or seasoned veteran look up Code Hotel in Koh Samui whenever you’re in the area!!!
