Great

For me, the best accommodation in the Czech Giant Mountains. Beautiful spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, parking (at the beginning of November) at the cottage, saunas should be completed in spring/summer 2024, good breakfasts, details like the hotel initials embroidered on the sheets, twisted cables and porcelain switches. The restaurant offers quality food, even as a vegetarian you will find options. A small corner for children with toys and lego at the reception. The rooms have a minibar and soft drinks and wine. After the completion of the construction work, the hotel should open a new glazed terrace with a view, on which breakfast can be enjoyed, together with the saunas.

Nice pace to spend your time

We have beed here twice already. Nice small hotel with great staff, nice and clean rooms, nice pub and good food. Location is good for small hiking trips with kids. We would like to definitely come back again.

Excellent weekend summer stay

Lovely hotel. Excellent professional service in the restaurant and reception, always smiling and ready to help, real surprise was great food and wide selection of wines. Parking next to the hotel. Good breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi.
Great base for walking tours. Stayed with child 1,5 yo. Enough space in Deluxe room. Nice details in the renovated room. Enough storage space in the room.
Web info can be improved. Be aware that it is cottage so room is not very sound proof and you can hear other rooms noise.

Charge DOUBLE for wine. Rip off

Staying in The Oddech Hotel, 2 km from Pec Pod Snezkou, went to the neighbouring hotel/Bouda ...Called Bouda Helena, Cerny Dul 183 .... What a disappointment. Please be careful when ordering wine.... They will charge you DOUBLE for every glass of wine. They state on their menu board a price and a quantity size, you see the cost and order, ..they state a small quantity size but serve larger and charge DOUBLE without stating it. When I pointed this 'error' they were very unresponsive to my complaint. Actually they asked us to leave.. Not nice people to do business with... Go to Nadya in The Oddech Hotel... She is accommodating, welcoming and homely. Prices and services are excellent.
