great for family with children

We spent 5 days in the hotel. Although we wanted to pracice skiing, there was almost no snow after raining, but we had pretty variety range of activities inside the hotel.
Pros:
The hotel is great for children. There is free gym with table tenis, swimming pool, jacuzzi, big room with toys and sometimes ladies to take care about children, beds for babies, etc.
Good sauna, tasty meals
40 meters to another restaurant for cheaper meals or beer
ski-bus stop about 10 meters from entrance, Locked ski room with heating for shoes.
Cons:
The water temperature in swimming pool was stated as 26C, I would estimate like 22, which is not so nice.
Some noisy children around in the night woke me once. (and my children twice ;-) )

Employees are more important than guests.

When there was no place to park they forced me to change parking place because some employee can't park his car. It was not a suply but a very important manager. I had to park in additioanal parking down the hill. The road was very slippery and it was very hard for me to go there with my 2 years old child. This manager was very unpleasant. They didn't even give me time to finish my meal.

Just a lunch

We only went for lunch in this place. And during this period there were not many clients and the place looked “deserted “ with only a waiter on site who was not the most friendliest . But he did his job and took the orders and brought our food. I liked my fish dish and the others seemed to be fine with theirs. The restaurant capacity is big and they have the possibility to accommodate large numbers . The interior is nice although a bit dark. But maybe that’s because there was not much natural light and they didn’t switch the lights. Overall a fine place with potential to be better.

Pleasant place to stay

We jut used the hotel for bed and breakfast for a couple of days.It's about five minutes' walk from the square, from which there are frequent busesto plenty of place.
Our room wa clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast first class. We didn't use their sauna or pool this time, so can't report on them, but we will be staying here again.

Very bad

We made a reservation for 9 persons and when we arrived they had sold the table to other people and then tried to made us have dinner next to the bowling place. No excuse but just saying we do not have another place. This is the second time this restaurant screws up, last year the service was terrible also. We won’t give them a third change.
