Recommended hotel very close to the park and Rauthaus
very quiet location in the immediate vicinity of a large park, well-kept complex which has slight defects but are not serious, interior very well maintained and clean, nice lounge with bar operation during reception hours, bright breakfast room with attached terrace on which breakfast can also be taken, room (apartment) 204: very pleasant size, well maintained with slight defects (see "What did they not like"), large box, comfortable mattresses, door between living room and bedroom, toilet separate from the bathroom, well-functioning air conditioning in the room, parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are some. free of charge, hotel also offers its own parking spaces - Reserve ! since there are only 5 places, about 5 min. to the public, several recommended places in the immediate vicinity

Safe without function - could not be fixed even by reception, good and quite fast WiFi connection but unstable. cancels every 5 - 25 min. for about 30 - 90 sec., shower: small hand shower not activatable, shower gel dispenser, loose, faucet in the hand basin slightly leaking, living area: TV - no international (D, F, GB) channels TV set but multifunction with HDMI port therefore the laptop could be connected for third party TV channels,

Enjoyable place to stay
Check-in begins at 2pm, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, The furniture was from years ago and quite stylish. No modern Ikea furniture here. Good wifi, a small fridge made this a more pleasant stay. A buffet breakfast is included, there are numerous options to choose from.
My room was at the front of the building and faced a beautiful park. One of the big pluses, is that this is a very quiet area, no noise what so ever. At the back of the building is an outside terrace, on the warmer days a great place to sit and relax.

Think twice before booking
The funniest thing- before leaving, in the morning, we came to reception to pay for the stay. Booking was made on booking.com platform and was guaranteed with the credit card. Manager assured us, that he will deduct our credit card and no need to pay right now. So we left. Later we had a message from the owner, stating he had a problem deducting our credit card. I asked for the bank details and next morning made a bank transfer for the stay. But, after giving negative review on booking.com, manager accused us of 'running away without payment".
So think before booking:)
