Pure fiasco
First I would like to note that it's not a hotel where you can take a family vacation, it's never a Pension reserved for the staff of the hotel bus company, the agency and other hotel employees, it's not a hotel where you can spend time with the family, unfortunately, the first day was an environment where we regretted so much, but the hotel was made beautiful and happy, the hotel manager was responsible for reservation and room cleaning staff.

Break for a relaxing week
Myself and my partner stayed here for 6 nights on the 28th September until the 4th October 2022. Very small hotel which was what we wanted, however we never had our room cleaned for the whole stay. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll daily, as nice as the owners were, we were better using our own towels as I have never known towels as hard and uncomfortable. Don't like to complain as we got by, but would of been more comfortable if we had a clean room.

Fiasco
My daughter and I were put in this hotel on the 28th of September 2019 after our flight was cancelled with no notice.
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and had no water or refreshments without it costing an arm and a leg.
I suffer from arthritis and I can not use lifts due to anxiety, however we were put on the 4th floor , which proved to be difficult but not impossible.
I am lucky I was with my daughter who is incredible helpful.
There were around 300 of us put here after a 4 hour wait in the airport with no water or refreshments and little seating for passengers.
We were eventually ferried on to busses with no disabilities Facilies and a couple of the passengers were wheelchair bound.
I witnessed them having to man handle a passenger on and of of the bus , as they could not get them in with the wheelchair.
This was a disgrace and I know that they would never complain because they were so humble.
The only good thing to come from this were the people having to stay there all looked out for each other sept a few.
They all offered each other money , toiletries, ect and they say that the Scots are tight , well that’s a lie as the biggest majority of the guest were Scottish and they all made sure all were ok.

Great Hotel 5* should have one more *
This is NOT a holiday Hotel, Please let us get that strait from the offset. . . so you don't encounter the problems you get in one, It's standards are very high, I first stayed at this hotel at the end of 2012 in to 2013 for three weeks and could not fault it for any reason :o) the staff are always on alert for any thing you may need. . . you get a great breakfast in the morning that sets you up for the day ahead and as a fine restaurant that is open in the summer season but is closed out of season, But have NO doubt arrangements for meals could be made ? As I've said this is not a holiday hotel and is therefore open all year round, the hotel is close to anything you may wish to do, you have day to day noise but not ever loud music NO children running wild and in Bodrum that is a great gift take it from me, hotel location is near a small unit of garages but please once again take my word for it you do not even notice them .... other benefits are you are only 1 minute from Buses to Gumbet, Bitez, Ortokent, from a rear gate. . lots more in that direction and less than a 5 minute walk to the main bus station for all other places ?? Sorry about posting two sets of photo's but intend adding more just to let you see what this hotel as to offer,
I will just list a few as follows, Wi-Fi, Pool tables are excellent condition ( Like New ) and they are hard to find in Turkey ?? bedding is changed every day whether dirty or not, Rooms are more then adequate single or double all have TV, air-con, central heating, doubles have fridge at the moment I'm in a single this time and does not have one, Look I could go on and on about the benefits of this hotel but any one wanting to stay in comfort, style and quality you will go along way to beat this hotel and if you need any further info just ask. . . . about the questions below ending could I say more about the hotel for sure. . . .
