Located in easy walking distance to Horsham town centre shops, cafes and restaurants Springfield Park Hotel is ideally situated for those wishing to explore the town on foot.
I had booked the accommodation for 18th August well in advance but we couldnt initially find it on arrival - turned out I was a year early. Whoops ! Luckily for me the hotel was able to remedy my mistake and find us a room.
We were given room 5 - a twin bedded en-suite room which was a good size and had comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished.
We slept well and having taken showers with plentiful hot water we took ourselves downstairs to enjoy a superb breakfast comprising cereals,yoghurt, juice and a very tasty Full English which was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious.
I have no hestitation in recommending this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Horsham.

Good location

A warm and friendly welcome, room was a decent size and well presented. Plenty of power points, full length mirror, iron and board in the cupboard and a nice surprise was an illuminated clock in the drawer, never had that before.
The pillows were too soft for our liking, made me think of marshmallows, I am sure if we'd realised early enough we could have had a couple of firmer ones.
Good breakfast with friendly service.
If we were in the area again would certainly return

The hotel as well situated just a short walk from Horsham town Centre. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good ensuite. Perhaps the best thing about this place is the staff. They’re so friendly and kind. If you need somewhere affordable and handy to stay, then this is the place.

Dropped a point for mould on the shower mastic. Other than that my stay was excellent. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good (full English). Limited room numbers and the car park is shared with a nursery at the back...so parking spaces are at a premium. There is one disabled room on the ground floor. The rates are reasonable and I enjoyed my stay immensely. The hotel is less than 10 minutes to the shopping centre and the town centre. Score out of 100 = 98%

We'd stay here again given its closeness to the urban core and access to the surrounding areas. The staff were great as well! What needs some attention are room temps. Even on the cooler summer weather days, the rooms were overly hot which made it difficult for sleeping. While AC would have been nice, an easy upgrade would be to get in/out exchange fans into the windows. The hotel simply needs more air exchange and this small addition would reduce room temps pretty significantly.
