We were looking for an affordable place to stay overnight while celebrating my husband’s birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The gentleman at check in was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Asked for non-smoking. A non smoking placket was slapped on the door but it was obvious there had been a smoker in there previously .
The furniture was stained . The bed was comfortable and the shower was good .
As for service and amenities? Minimal! When i asked if they had bottles of water available I got a flat "no".
Probably would not stay there again.

This place is clean. Good price. 10 minutes to the beach.
I didn’t like that the chain on the door was barely hanging on. Useless.

Everything was clean, neat and refreshing compared to other hotels I have stayed at! Great spot to eat right next door called The Chop Shop! Thr staff was extremely friendly and nice! Loved having the balcony! AC worked extremely well! And absolutely LOVED the grandfather clock in the lobby, exactly like the one I have at home from my grandma! Will stay here again and recommend this hotel to others! Also only 8 minutes away from Hampton Beach! 10/10!

Definitely does not look anything like the pictures. I was not able to check if the pool was there. Room and hallways don’t smell good. A/C unit was right next to the bed in my face. Good thing it was only 1 night.
