Save the cat!

There’s a super friendly cat living here who seriously deserves to have a forever home somewhere nicer. This cuddly orange lad accompanied us to our room and begged to be let in. That’s my “pro.” Cons include: unlit parking lot full of car campers; no phone, outlets, bedside lamps, or smoke alarm; bullet hole in mirror; dead bugs throughout; pervasive smoke smell in nonsmoking room; small DIY memorial plaque made from fallen ceiling concrete indicating that someone had sex in room, died in room, or died having sex in room.

Dissatisfied with customer service.

I never made it there for 3 day stay, because of weather, they wouldn't refund 1 day, had to fight to cancel the other 2 days. Not courteous and disrespectful, kept disconnecting the calls. WTF!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Friend picked this place because it was cheap. We stayed long enough to use the toilet. Place was filthy. Towels were streaked with black "something", shady characters living there - yes living there and just generally bad. The mattress was so stained when I checked for bed bugs that I almost threw up I have tossed less stained items. Took the bags back to the car to find nose print on the window where someone was looking to see what was inside. No doubt we would have not had windows the next morning. When we went back to the office to checkout we were offered another room - Umm no nope we're outta here.

Smelly, cigarette burns, slippery shower

We had a non smoking room which smelled of smoke also had cigarette burn holes in blankets. No grip bars in bathroom and I feel out of the shower the tube was very slippery and had no grip inside tube. Ended up pulling curtain down and hurting both my arms and hip. Tried calling main desk room phone was no dail tone called from cell and got mailbox full called trip advisor and got no answer from them. Told manager next morning and he said he would tell owner about needing handrail and some kind of rubber mat. Doubt if anything happens. Only thing that was good was Ac worked.

Dirty room, never again

Absolutely horrible.
Dirty floors throughout the entire facility.
Hotel room floor had not been swept.
Sheets and all linens were visibly stained.
Bathroom was gross.
Exterior of the building falling apart.
Broken ice machines littered every doorway.
