Two months of wonderful, friendly, comfortable accommodations.

I needed a rental for July and August and Tina at Fallridge answered my questions, needs, and had a 2 bedroom end unit with LARGE patio for me to settle in and feel at home. The living area was LARGE with BIG picture windows on two walls, so I didn't feel like I was in a tight fitting area. The people working there, the owners, and residents I met in the hall all had smiles and were extremely friendly. I was in an older decorated unit but it was extremely clean, had everything I needed to LIVE. play. work hard at Physical Therapy at Howard Head AND everything worked. I've stayed in updated units other places where it may be "new and updated" but not in working order. So nice to settle in and not EVER having to call maintenance the entire two months. The underground parking garage has more than enough spaces with not having to wiggle in a tight space. I would HIGHLY recommend Fallridge. Across the street from Vail Golf Club too!

No hot water for a wedding weekend!

We rented Fallridge Condo 107 for our daughter's wedding. We were soooo disappointed! We had to run to the local Walmart to buy 5 lamps as the condo was so outdated and dark. The pictures did not show this to be true. We didn't have hot water for the entire 5 days we were there and continued to contact management several times a day to see if the issue could be resolved. They indicated the water had also been an issue the week prior so why weren't we contacted and given an option to cancel? This condo needs major work - the beds are hard and uncomfortable as well. The location is good as it's close to the Vail Nordic Golf Club which is where we had the reception. Do not rent from them!! They aren't wanting to make it right....

Quaint and Perfect

We loved the homey feel. It wasn't the fanciest of establishments but perfect. The staff were friendly. We also loved the kitchenette, two bathrooms and fireplace and the wood they supplied us with! The shuttle is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to get to Vail Village, Lionshead, etc. Very convenient and lovely.

Quiet but tired.

We found the unit we stayed in old and tired, though clean and adequate. The management found us a unit with a view, which was much appreciated, though the design of these condos is such that there is only a small window at one end of the living area. We found this claustraphobic, pariticularily since the weather was not great, We ended up sitting and reading in the bedroom, which does have nice big windows. Over all, we were not thrilled with Vail, having just come from Aspen/Snowmass, but nearby Beaver Creek offers one of the best, most stunning, golfing experiences I have ever had!

Best Kept Secret in Vail

This is Vail's best kept secret because for the price you cannot beat its location to Vail Mountain. The free Town of Vail bus is only steps away and then it is less than a five minute ride to the lifts at Golden Peak. The bus is never crowded! During the summer it is only a 15 minute walk to Vail Village. The building is clean, well maintained, has an indoor hot tub and outdoor pool. The underground parking is great in the winter because you and your car stay clean and dry which helps when you have to load and unload your groceries or ski equipment.
The Vail Golf Course is across the street and the Betty Ford Gardens are also a short walk.
