The Hotel was very clean inside and outside the only complaint I have was i act for clean towel and I didn't get the towels

I had been forced to look farther away for accommodations because the Morgan Wallen concert had made rooms in the area extremely difficult and expensive to find.
I booked and prepaid for this room through a third-party service believing I had secured a place to stay. When I arrived, however, the hotel said they had no record of the reservation and had no room available.
That left me stranded during an already difficult weekend for finding lodging. Also, I was not driving, so I had to locate another property and pay the additional cost of a Lyft to get there.
I appreciate that the staff allowed me to remain in the lobby while I worked out the other a reservation.
Since I was not driving, I also had to pay the unexpected cost of taking a Lyft to another property.
The lack of coordination between the hotel and the third-party booking service caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional expense.
Travelers booking through a third party should confirm directly with this property before arriving.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room!! I went here because the reviews looked good but definitely NOT as expected!! I did speak to the manager who seemed like it was no big deal! I told him how dirty the floor was especially and that the bed had hair on it from someone else!! I didnt even stay the entire night because I didnt trust using the shower!! Housekeepers definitely need to do better!!!

They also have bed bugs I asked for an extra sheet, towel an new blanket an they refused even told me I was getting on they nerves

I will never stay there again someone kept coming in my room an I heard someone in the office gave my key card to someone an I had mine it lit up every color but green like someone was locking me out then the door kept being open when I was gone
