Brilliant place to stay, quiet and relaxed

The location was amazing, our chalet was spotless and just beautiful. The managers were so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was super easy. Our room was so relaxing, all firewood supplied and to top it all off beautiful birds visited us each day.

Best nature experience around Brisbane

We came as a family to springbrook moutain chalet during our vacation around Brisbane. We stayed 2 nights in chalet 2 and it was the most beautiful part of our trip! The chalet is beautiful, cosy, the little fire was a real pleasure and my little daughter loved it. We really enjoyed the spa bath! In the morning we were visited by lots of birds and especially some beautiful white cockatoo! The host is adorable and always there if needed! It was really incredible! Thank you so much for welcoming us to this amazing place! We will come back for sure !

Beautiful and relaxing stay

We had an amazing three nights! What a special place. It was a lovely and quiet and other guests were also quiet and respectful. Friendly and helpful managers. Lovely fresh rainforest air and amazing beautiful bird life. It was so nice that we were provided with firewood and some bird seed. So glad we came across this place in our google search for rainforest retreats. It was exactly what we hoping for. Clean chalet full of warmth and character. You really feel like you're one with the rainforest. This is a nature lover's paradise. Thank you.

A unique experience being able to stay in a chalet in the heart of a rainforest

The chalets are situated in the middle of a rainforest. Each chalet is unique and totally isolated from the other chalets. We had the chalet with the spa which was such a treat after spending all day walking. The chalets are kept spotless by Paul and Sharon

Beautiful chalet

Chalet 4 is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful wooden cabin with lovely log fire to keep warm. So beautiful having the wild birds coming down to the verandah, lovely to sit and watch them.
Kitchen is small but has everything you need for a weekend.
It is a three level cabin, the bottom level has the spa and it can get a bit cold down there with no heating.
Things that could be improved, but still a wonderful place to stay - the bed needs an upgrade, plenty of space for a king size and needs a new comfortable mattress.
The bathroom needs a facelift, really showing it’s age.
Hard drive movies need updating!
