Vijfsterren personeel. Zero-star airconditioning
De kamer voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen voor een vier - sterren hotel, met een belangrijke uitzondering.
Het was schoon. Goede maat. Een koelkast. Een kluis. Een Nespresso apparaat. Mooie badkamer. Fauteuil.
Maar... ...
Ze adverteren Airconditioning. Maar het bestaat niet. Althans, niet in mei. Als het heel erg warm is in Graz.
De kamertemperatuur kwam nooit onder de 23 . 9 graden over twee dagen met de “air - conditioning” de hele tijd aan.
Ik werd beide nachten wakker... zwetend.
Ik zou niet terugkeren.

I completely understand how frustrating and exhausting it must have been to spend two warm nights without being able to cool the room down properly, especially when a restful sleep is expected after a long day.
Please allow me to apologize for not meeting your expectations in this important area. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we are already reviewing the situation internally to ensure we communicate our cooling system more transparently and improve the guest experience during warmer periods.
It is especially disappointing to read that this issue overshadowed an otherwise positive impression of the hotel and led you to feel that you would not return. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate your honesty, as it helps us identify where we must improve.

Fijn hotel en vriendelijk personeel
Lekker en groot bed. Douche instap was wat onhandig, maar de douche zelf was prima. Alles wat je nodig had was in de kamer aanwezig. Prijzig ontbijt, maar wel uitgebreid en lekker.
