Отдыхали в этом отеле с 23 по 29 мая. Персонал гостиницы очень радушный и приветливый, - действительно чувствуешь что ты гость и тебе здесь рады. У нас был полный пансион, но я бы его назвал Бакинским AI, разнообразные напитки были доступны на всех приёмах пищи (ну за исключением алкоголя). Работники кухни и обслуживания на высоте - разнообразный завтрак, обед и ужин. Единственно, что немного смущало это отсутствие сезонных фруктов, хотя был самый разгар клубники и черешни. Не знаю как в сезон, но я бы предпочитал, что бы завтраки начинались в 7 утра , а не в 8. И ужин можно было бы сдвинуть на час позднее (с 18 до 20 как то рановато….). Номер с видом на море, просторный, уборка и чистота соответствует высшей оценке, удобная кровать, сетки на окнах . Хотя комплексу почти 10 лет, мебель выглядит не уставшей и добротно. Спа, басейн и тренажерный зал - полный релакс! Пляж и территория радует глаз и душу. Хотя купальный сезон официально был закрыт, для нас всегда были предоставлены лежаки и полотенца. Вода приноситься каждый день, как на пляже так и в номере. С этим абсолютно никаких проблем. Месторасположение прекрасное, территория отеля невероятная: все очень красиво, много зелени , свежий воздух и море в 5 минутах ходьбы. Утром приятно пройтись на пляж по каскадной лестнице, посидеть на террасе, на пляже стационарные навесы и зонтики, есть душ, туалет, раздевалка. Ну, а когда устанете, можно заказать гольф-кар который отвезет вас к гостинице. Обязательно хочется вернуться сюда, но теперь в сезон….

Note to everyone who wants to go to this Sanatorium! It's just a hotel! We checked in from 05/19 to 05/29/2024. It’s not the season, I’ll start with a transfer, which they promised free of charge, they provided it, but upon arrival they wanted to take 50 manat. All procedures are paid and there are very few of them! No entertainment, bowling, tennis, billiards for a fee! Karaoke doesn't work! The opening hours of the pool are very inconvenient! No women will be allowed in after lunch! The friendly local taxi driver Bakhtiyar charges 4 times more than calling a Bolt taxi! There were very few people, the restaurant had a minimum selection, for dinner, what was left from lunch! The beach is not ready, it’s good that they provided towels and sunbeds, although they were very dirty. It is a very long walk for elderly people and small children; it is easy to get there by electric car. The rooms are as in the photo, cleaned every day, for 4. Provided 2 bottles of water every day. On the last day we put 2 chairs on the balcony. The territory is large and well-groomed. We won't go a second time.

Yes, the beginning of October is not the season, but you are open and why should visiting guests not pay 3 kopecks be in such conditions.

Breakfast is just trash, there’s almost nothing and it’s half-dead (midges and fleas in the jam). Well, do according to the menu and that’s it.
The spa until 19 pm (what else is there to do) the men's hammam was not working.
The staff does not speak Russian in restaurants. Ordering food is a whole story, the girl runs around with a translator there. And they cook it deliciously a la carte. Half the dishes are missing.
The hotel itself is just good.
Refresh, improve the service and everything will be great.
The territory is large, gentle sea. Playgrounds for children and exercise equipment.
In general, the country is not touristic, which is a pity.

Are you sure I'm not in a cheap hotel from the movies? Although, even there it will be better.
Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, but as it turned out, our room was not even cleaned, and we still had to wait until they cleaned our room. She was in the worst possible condition, the staff did not inspire much confidence. Perhaps it's just bad luck, but still.

Приветливый персонал, но впечатления - совсем грустные…
Персонал в большинстве своем не разговаривает ни на английском, ни на русском.
Ассортимент в ресторане (мы приехали с маленькими детьми и поэтому взяли полный пансион) - на слабенькую трешку :(
Фитнес работает до обеда.
Закрытый бассейн работает, но…с 15 часов - только для мужчин.
Кальянов нет.
В баре половина меню недоступна, а напитки, выставленные для обозрения, совсем не вызывают доверия (например, Hennessy VSOP лимонно желтого цвета)…
