Very nice, quiet place
We had an excellent time as a family. We were on the terrace and we all chose the lunch set menu (Appetizer and main course). We ate very well, it was excellent and very hearty. We were lucky to have top-notch service. Kindness, friendliness, and good humor from the server Saad who took great care of us. Very beautiful setting. We will return without hesitation and we will recommend your establishment. Best of luck for the future

Avoid at all costs!
I am staying there at the moment, we had the weakness of booking a premium room for three days. We are used to booking Radissons (Dunkirk, Liège, …)
What a disappointment when seeing the "premium" room with faded finishes, a safe that does not work, and the nice little touch, when returning around 11:00 PM I had the bad idea of wanting to take a shower and surprise, no hot water.
The staff tries to do their best but when you give them leaky boats….
Well below the quality of a 4-star Radisson.

A three star hotel at 5 star prices
A three star hotel at 5 star prices.
Basic bedrooms with uncomfortable beds. I contacted the front desk about this especially because my bed kept moving and my pillows were falling between the gaps. No alternative provided. Also, I kept going down to reception for basics — water, bathrobe, slippers etc
The leisure facilities downstairs added a nice touch to what was essentially a standard experience. Breakfast at €26 is a total ripoff!

Blue, and definitely not for you.
Run. As fast as you can.
Stayed? There is a trick.
I’ll show you where your circle of influence is.
Upon checkout, the receptionist will ask you if they can charge the card where they made the reservation on. Refuse this and they will have to come up with a solution.
Be patient and don’t give in.
Eventually they will end up giving you a discount.
When dealing with a hotel like this you have to pay them back on the same level.
We arrived Friday evening.
As Radisson VIP members, we received a complimentary upgrade to a ‘suite’.
This ‘suite’ had two single beds that didn’t match, one mattress was higher, one lower.
We requested another room.
This new ‘suite’ was in such poor shape that it should be completely renovated and is unsuitable for guests to stay in.
Broken floors, broken furniture, broken lighting, dirty.
It looked like an evicted property.
With the state of this property, one would expect do not cross lines.
I returned to reception to ask them if this was a joke.
The receptionist showed me 7 rooms.
All 7 in horrid state.
In the weekend there is no manager present.
Very self absorbed front desk manager who refuses to listen to complaints.
Breakfast?
Plastic bowls.
Frozen fruit.
Poor quality of food.
Poorly trained staff.
And still Christmas deco (25-1).

Lovely long weekend
Good and clean hotel, beautifully located just outside Spa. Friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner. Great pool to relax after busy day

Ook fijn dat het ontbijt en het diner in de smaak vielen, ons culinaire team serveert met liefde de heerlijkste gerechten. En na een actieve dag in de omgeving is een verfrissende duik in het zwembad inderdaad heerlijk om tot rust te komen.
