Perfect.
I stayed at this hotel in Belgium and was fully satisfied in every respect. The property is impeccably clean, very cozy and located in a pleasant pedestrian area that makes the stay even more relaxing.
The rooms are beautiful, attention to detail, with a sober, elegant and at the same time extremely comfortable. You immediately perceive the attention to the quality and well-being of the guests.
The staff is very kind, always helpful and highly professional. I also had the pleasure of lunch and dinner at the hotel: excellent service and excellent quality of dishes.
A stay that I absolutely recommend to those seeking comfort, elegance and great attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

Spacious nice room, pricey and with some points of attention.
One flaw is that the room does not have a window that can open to ventilate. There is air conditioning, but as soon as it is off the room gets very warm. If you leave the air conditioning on, you will still feel a draught at night, even when it is on the lowest setting.
The cleanliness could also be better. There were webs of dust in the corners of the room and under the bed were quite a few dust picks.
In addition, we noticed that the prices do not always seem to be the same and that there is an extra charge for parking the car. We found the stay on the pricey side: €192 for one night, including breakfast, supplemented with €12.50 parking fee.
Those who want to eat in the hotel in the evening should also note that the menu does not fully match what is stated on the website. For example, fries were not available, although they are offered on the website.
Breakfast was provided, but it was a pity that only one pistolet was available at 8.30 am and that the sandwiches were not replenished afterwards.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the nice, spacious room, but there are certainly some areas for improvement in terms of cleanliness and breakfast service.

Room was spotless and air conditioning was amazing... it was 38 degrees Celsius while we were there!
Staff were really helpful, good parking underground parking garage, and breakfast was lovely.
