Nice and clean with great Staff
We stayed for one night enroute to France.
The rooms have a good size and are nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of foods and Drinks.
The Staff were really friendly and always smiling. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Three and half stars realistically
Free parking, a few shops and restaurants around. Very friendly and efficient staff. Aircon and WiFi worked well but WiFi not secured. Communal areas could do with refurbishment, stained carpets, etc. Buffet breakfast was okay. Room smallish and a bit dated/ worn but clean and comfortable. Fridge provided but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We don't expect luxury at Ibis prices and this hotel could warrant 4 stars overall with some refurbishment.

The bricks are good, the staff is GREAT!
The Ibis chain has hotels of highly variable quality, often mediocre. The one in Boncelle is a very good exception. The building is well located, its condition is impeccable, and sufficient parking is available. The continental breakfast is excellent. Special mention for the staff, who are exceptionally kind and attentive. I will definitely return.

Hotel location is great even a bit far away from center, but there is a retails park nearby, very easily for us to do shopping and eating. Also, they provide the free parking, good for road trip family. Staff are nice and helpful!

Very good experience at the 3-star IBIS hotel in Boncelles (near Liège).
Ideally located, very easy to access with convenient free parking and several shops/restaurants nearby.
This is a VERY useful address for a stay in the Liège region, Sart-Tilman, CHU, and Boncelles, but also - given its geographical position and the road network - as a hotel for a stopover.
The welcome is particularly pleasant: smiling, available, and professional staff. The rooms are clean, functional, and comfortable, with good bedding. The breakfast is also very enjoyable, varied, and well-presented.
A simple yet effective and well-maintained hotel that meets expectations: comfortable, clean, practical, and with excellent service. An address to recommend for a short stay, a business trip, or a stopover in the region.
