Weekend in Ubatuba, staying in the Pousada Luz da Lua.

Cozy guesthouse, very good service, warm receptionists. Especially Marcela.
On the date of the stay it rained very unfortunately, but the experience in the guesthouse was excellent. Composed of space for food very nice and the breakfast served was complete.

Excellent resort!!

Normally we are very critical of many inns on the north coast, but this time we were very satisfied with this inn, everything was perfect, nothing was missing for breakfast, it has everything and is very tasty, the common areas are very large, our son He loved the court and the pool, everything was clean. The rooms are also large, with a balcony with a sea view. The beach is close, 5 minutes walking. We will definitely be back!

DEPLORABLE establishment!

We were on the way to the inn and got really stuck on the way. We informed them that we would arrive around 22:30 / 23:00 and they simply canceled our reservation. Imagine you and your family on the road with 3 children and the establishment does this? Irresponsible, they put us at risk with 3 children. A place like this does not deserve any respect or prestige. The worst thing is that when booking, they ask to inform you if you will arrive after 22:00 and they omit that if this happens, people will not enter. Deplorable establishment!
