Je vindt Marvel in Nessebar. Ga je met je kinderen op vakantie? Overweeg dan een bezoek aan Action Aquapark (waterpark) en Luna Park. Dit hotel heeft niet alleen een binnenzwembad, maar ook een restaurant en een healthclub. Een bar/lounge, een sauna en een kinderzwembad zijn enkele van de overige voorzieningen. Marvel heeft 290 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar. Elke kamer heeft een balkon. Er is een televisie met satellietzenders. De locatie beschikt over een binnenzwembad en een kinderzwembad. Overige recreatieve voorzieningen zijn onder andere een healthclub en een sauna.

Below expectations

I wouldn't say it's a 4* hotel, based on what it provides. For example, drinking water in the room, we received only a 1.5 liter bottle and ONLY upon check-in. It was never replanished. Slippers or toiletries, no. Just liquid soap, shower gel and shampoo in bottles fixed to the wall.
The beach experience is totally disappointing! Not being close to the hotel, they don't have a beach bar, so the "all inclusive" concept disappears here. No possibility to get a drink without paying extra. Also, there is no toilet on the beach. And the guy in charge of the beach, sooooo grumpy and RUDE.
One must get to the beach early in the morning in order to get sunbeds and must STAY there because of the rule with removing towels annd personal belongings after 30 minutes of "inactivity". Well, the beach is quite far from the hotel, how can you go for breakfast or lunch and be back in 30 minutes maximum? Taking turns to eat? Is this a vacation?
The food is tasty, yes, but the desserts are almost always the same. Limited selection of fruits.
And as for the cleanliness: I happened to be around once when the maid came into the room. I heard her cleaning the toilet with chemicals and toilet brush. After she left and I came in, there was water all over the floor around the toilet, most likely water that had been splashed out of the toilet while cleaning. She didn't bother to wipe it up. Yuck!

Dissapointed

For me, this hotel was a huge disappointment. The staff were not friendly at all and showed absolutely no empathy.
We arrived with a small child after traveling all night. We got there early and patiently waited for the official check-in time. However, our child became extremely tired and started crying because he just wanted to sleep, but it was impossible to settle him in the lobby. He cried for more than an hour, yet the staff were unwilling to have our room cleaned any sooner or offer us another available room so our child could
finally rest. I find this attitude
completely lacking in compassion.
On top of that, the restroom in the lobby was filthy, and the reception staff provided virtually no information or guidance.
What upset me the most was that even after the official check-in time, we were the last guests to receive our room, despite the fact that we had been patient and had not complained. When I finally asked why we were still waiting, the receptionists seemed offended and started talking and laughing among themselves in Bulgarian, assuming I wouldn't understand them.
It was a terrible experience. I will never stay at Marvel Hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
In one week no one came to clean our room....was full with Sand from the beach.
The food wasn't that variety.
The stuff...most of them too young, bored from the work, no one had a smile, a good word. Robots.
The drinks: full with water, cheap. For this money what we payed was the worst what we ever had. The room was nince but no one came too clean them.

Fantastic **** hotel

From start to finish this was a fantastic holiday from the welcome we got to the hotel when we arrived late at night to checking out was flawless. The animation team are fantastic and great fun. Brilliant for children and families. The hotel was spotless constantly people cleaning all areas of the hotel. The bar and restaurant staff are brilliant and not much waiting time for drinks. Plenty of options for food and drinks. Would definitely come back again ideally located beside the beach and not far from the airport also.

Marvel(ous) Hotel

The only real **** hotel i ever been in Bulgaria. Ecerything was perfect, they keep their promises on what they offer.
The staff is customer oriented and they care about customer opinion.

Holiday

Location very good, rooms were nice, even tho i ask for two room next to each other, i didnt get, on two different levels, not happy, and a bulb went and i did asked to have a look, still waiting, but i went home by then, food nice, people so nice
