The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Vending was not great but there are lots of restaurants and shops within a quick walk.

Always my choice of stay when in Van for a concert or hockey game. Spacious rooms and so close to the arena.

Loft room was unique, but be aware the terrace is ground level with a small planter separating it from the parking area behind the building. My wife liked the Dyson hairdryer. Check in went well, they stored our luggage for free until the room was ready. Room was warm on arrival (78f) so we turned on the ac. After 2 hours of running at 68, it was still 78. I called the desk and they sent someone up. He told me to set the ac to 72 and showed me how to reset the breaker and gave me a fan… Alright, 72 it is. Wife and I went out on the town for a romantic evening hoping to return to our cool loft hotel room around 11:30pm. Guess what… the room was still 78, and ac was blowing hot air. I went to the front desk, where I was told I was moving up a floor to another “king suite”. After moving 4 bags the room was a basic king room, not even a suite and didn’t even have the same Dyson hair dryer. I called the front desk and was told that was the only room they had, and were completely booked and there was no manager on site to help me further. We gave up and decided to just sleep for the night. At around 1:30am we both realized it was hot in this room too, the ac was blowing hot air and it was 76 in the room. Luckily we brought the fan from the other room. The next morning we checked out, the “interim manager” offered me free breakfast which we didn’t have time for, upon my refusal he then proceeded to offer me a 20% discount, which was less than the difference between the rooms.

Great stay. Was able to get free parking which was great. Gym was good with decent equipment and the pool and hot tub were also a plus. Rooms clean and friendly staff. Not sure why the shower has a large window overlooking the room. Strange

I locked myself out of my room with a bath running.
The indoor lock had opened and I couldn’t get into the room.
The front desk were so superb! He actually came running. When he couldn’t fix it he called maintenance and this new guy was there in less than five minutes! He fixed it in two minutes! And it looked impossible to me!
What superb staff!
What superb service!
We will be back
