Very good stay
The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the city center, without having the noise.
The free parking is really a plus.
The welcome is friendly and professional.
The room is spacious with plenty of storage for a long stay.
The breakfast is complete and varied.
Corresponds very well to a 3-star hotel.

A piece of advice: favor short stays
Short etiquette manual:
1. Get out of your room as much as possible to enjoy the fresh air and leave the way clear for the cleaning staff. If your room is not made up when you return, above all do not say anything; the sheets will remain wrinkled, but not the staff... phew.
2. If you run into the boss, know how to listen to him with patience, by bowing your head (after all, he is THE BOSS, not you!). It will be difficult for you to speak, but do not contradict him; on the other hand, flatter him, he loves that! However, be careful! Above all, do not accept any privileges; they will know how to hold it against you when the time comes.
3. Dare to make a single remark and you will be summoned immediately to the principal's office with a disciplinary hearing and humiliation in store; you will then be clearly given to understand that you are no longer welcome in the establishment and that, moreover, no other establishment will accept you either.

Nous regrettons que votre séjour se soit terminé sur une telle perception de notre établissement.
Nous souhaitons néanmoins rétablir quelques faits importants, car votre récit ne correspond pas au déroulement réel des événements.
Durant votre séjour, plusieurs remarques vous ont été faites concernant le respect des règles de fonctionnement de l’établissement et de notre personnel. Ces remarques ont d’abord été formulées normalement, puis de manière plus ferme lorsque la situation s’est répétée. Elles n’avaient ni pour objet de vous humilier, ni de vous menacer, mais simplement de faire respecter un cadre qui s’applique à l’ensemble de nos clients et qui permet à notre équipe de travailler dans de bonnes conditions.
Contrairement à ce que laisse entendre votre avis, il n’y a jamais eu de « conseil de discipline », ni de menace selon laquelle « aucun autre établissement ne vous accepterait ». Nous contestons donc fermement ces présentations des faits.
Vous avez finalement fait le choix de quitter l’établissement avant la fin de votre séjour. Par souci d’apaisement, nous avons d’ailleurs choisi de ne vous appliquer aucun frais de départ anticipé.
Nous acceptons volontiers qu’un client puisse ne pas apprécier notre manière de gérer une situation et nous sommes toujours prêts à entendre une critique lorsqu’elle est formulée de bonne foi. Nous regrettons en revanche que cet incident soit présenté sous la forme d’un texte volontairement ironique et personnel visant notre direction et notre équipe.
Notre priorité reste de recevoir nos clients dans un cadre agréable, respectueux et serein, aussi bien pour eux que pour les personnes qui travaillent dans notre établissement.

Nice room, very friendly staff and TOP breakfast
Very friendly staff, helpful and familair.
Room was good and clean with airco. Top breakfast, all you can imagine also lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

Exceptional!!
We had a wonderful week. The team is very attentive. The breakfast is exceptional. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is a stone's throw from the center of Hossegor and the golf course. Private parking, completely secure. Very good place.
