Well, there is still a lot missing.

The location is really nice, but the service leaves something to be desired. My girlfriend ordered entrecôte with fries (it says so on the menu), but only received the entrecôte. Fries were simply forgotten. The meat was fine; when we pointed out the missing fries, they did arrive, but she was already finished with the entrecôte by then. An apology was not offered; at these prices, one could certainly have expected a glass of sparkling wine or an espresso.

Very good hotel and restaurant.

I had an overall pleasant stay at the Hotel Mühle in Binzen. The hotel impresses with a very quiet location and at the same time good access to the surroundings.
The rooms are modern, clean, and tastefully furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive staff, who were always helpful and created a pleasant atmosphere.
The breakfast was also diverse and fresh, with a good selection for every taste. You can tell that quality is valued here.
Overall, I can unreservedly recommend the Hotel Mühle – ideal for both business trips and a relaxing short vacation.

Very unfortunate.

You book a “suite” but what you get does not deserve this name at all. On the contrary! A downright filthy terrace, bird droppings on the windows, connecting lighting yourself, empty fridge, no Wifi, no slippers, no bathrobe, no kettle, no coffee or tea. This suite has none of that.
Limited menu in the restaurant but dishes and wine are tasty. The controls are correct but not involved. But a minimalist Schwarzwalder kirsch for 15 euros (!) unfortunately makes the joy short-lived.
Breakfast is simple and a bit meagre. From the package and jar.
It all looks a little dingy. The terrace near the room, the breakfast room not tidy, outside dirty full ashtrays.

We were very satisfied with our visit to the Restaurant Mühle.
Very delicious food, everything is fresh and homemade. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Absolutely recommended.
We would gladly come back.
